    I've listened to a few of Dr. Amen's interviews over the years and I really vibe with his perspective and approach. Positive thinking (beneficially training the mind while still feeling all the feelings) will change your life.

    Fiber is unnecessary just change your microbiome overtime for the bacteria to switch to fat/protein eating.

      Our body isn't even designed to process fiber. Dr Huberman has a great vid on this.
