The Game's first album was a significant success and was the artist's biggest project to date. This was discussed during an interview with Tony Yayo. It’s crazy how 50 helped the Game more than his own Conrads in G unit. But then again, the game was the only one besides 50 that wasn’t musically lazy. If they would’ve stayed together, I don’t think there would’ve been a Young money era.
The Game is the only one of those two that still actively releases music, and the music 50 Cent released after his debut, and especially after his second album, just wasn't all that good.
@@christopher399 Curtis was pretty good to me. I stopped checking for 50 after that. Keep in mind, 50 helped with many platinum classics other than his own such as the classic G unit Mixtapes, Beg For Mercy, Lloyd bank, buck, The Game and Yayo debut albums were all classics because of 50. The Massacre was a great album (don’t act like it wasn’t) and The Get Rich or Die Trying Soundtrack to the Classic Movie were all timeless classics besides Get Rich or Die Trying. The Game only placed his own skills all to himself without giving it to others. So it makes sense he would have a more variety of material. 50 could’ve easily skipped helping others to get big off of his name and help and release a couple more Hip Hop Classics for himself but he didn’t.

I don't know. It's been more than a decade since 50 Cent impressed with any new music. I'm wondering if he maybe needed the help of Dr. Dre and Slim Shady. When those names were behind him, that's when 50 Cent was great.
