I LOVE Canmake! It's one of my 3 "go to" sunscreens! I also appreciate that Asian sunscreens often use next generation filters and are priced better than many US and EU sunscreens. So glad you're shining some light on it. Happy Sunday, beautiful!
Great review! Thank you! You showing the shades of all of them next to each other is very helpful. I always find tinted mineral sunscreens to be dark on me, so now I can gage the shade better from your swatches.
Great video and demonstration. The new DRMTLGY mineral sunscreen sounds very interesting. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for showing all the tinted sunscreens on your arm. Very helpful. Have a great Sunday.
Thank you Mona! I wish I had gone into more detail on how some of these changes in preference is related to the seasons...What works in the depth of a cold, dry winter is different from what works in the HOT Humid summer months! We are our worst critics LOL. Enjoy your Sunday ❤️
I had recently purchased Elta MD UV Sport sunscreen. It worked well on my sensitive face and under makeup. Thank you for the honest and informative reviews. 🌞
I love the DRMTGY sunscreens though I prefer the original a little more than the mineral, in the summer i use as my only moisturizer as my skin gets a little oilier with too many products. It’s the one I use every day. I also use COTZ, but their tinted matte primer mineral sunscreen.
This was so thorough. You explain so patently…I appreciate that👍! I am ordering the newer Elta tonight. It sounds perfect. I like the Restore a lot, but it is more for winter or if I feel really dry. I tried the Neutrogena Serum SPF but it burns my face/eyes. I wish I could use it as its really nice on. I read a post below. I don’t like the Australian Gold at all-even the newer formula. It is just too drying. Have a great week!
Love Colorscience. Great company, great customer service! They have a powder version with brush to take to the beach or work. They also have a bronze tinted version.
Tamara, you're a genius!! What a great way to use the MyChelle and EltaMD. I have the same exact issues with these 2, so I am going to give this a try! Thank you, have a great week!
I liked the MyChelle for summer, but after I'd used it a week or so, I got the worst cystic acne. I'd not had a cystic pimple in years before that, and had not changed anything else. So I've started trying to use the MyChelle on backs of hands and on my arms when I can. Still want to try the Elta MD 44 Mineral, (especially for our Midwestern winters, so dry!) but so far the Paula's Choice Daily Wrinkle Defense is my favorite of all time for every day and the Australian Gold Face SPF is my favorite for being outside a longer time and/or running, since it's got water-resistance. I tried the older Dermtlgy tinted one, and it stung my face. I think I have to stay with 100% mineral. Thanks for the awesome video!
Looks like it has Diheptyl Succinate (a natural, "silicone-alternative" emollient) can mimic both super light, Cyclomethicone-type skin feel as well as more viscous Dimethicone like skin feel [*source incidecoder]
Tamara I'm watching this video for probably the 5th time. You are the only RUclipsr who has skin similar to mine. My skin gets so dry with sunscreen. I love the drmtgy mineral but it's a little dark for me. But it's the best. I always look to you to find new spfs I might be usable for me.
Thank you for the follow up Tamara, I've only recently gotten into tinted sunscreens and really love how beautiful they look on the skin. Hope you're having a great week so far my beautiful friend, take care! 🤗❤️
You're adorable. Sunscreen is everything and this was so helpful and well done. I have your skin type and will be sure to try your favorites. Have a Happy Sunday and off to watch gorgeous Claudia. Thank you!!
Hello Tamara! I'm excited about the new Drmtlgy tinted moisturizer! And I look forward to your thoughts! You know that I love the "original!" Thank you so much for sharing, my gorgeous friend! 💗
Thx for the follow up! Many of the more expensive but well regarded SPFs incl DRMTLGY, Colorscience, Elta MD, regularly go on sale for 25-30% off on their own sites and on the online stores -- Skin Store, Dermstore, Lovely Skin, etc.
Hello Beautiful Tamara!! You just look stunning!! I love this collaboration with my two favorite RUclipsrs!! I have such a hard time with SPF!! Especially tinted ones!! I have dry, sensitive skin with rosacea and whether they irritate my skin, the color is too dark or they make me look like 👻 the Canmake looks really nice but the bottle is so little, especially on how much I use!! Thank you so much for sharing these and have a wonderful week! 🥰❤️❤️
I have combo/oily skin. I just ordered the Canmake last night. It sounds like I would probably love the MyChelle for summer, though. Sunscreens tend to make my skin too oily and shiny. I’m thinking the new Drmtology will be perfect for winter. I love that it is tinted and that was one thing I was really on the fence about when I ordered the Canmake. It was only $11 on Amazon, though. I have been using SunBum for the face. Holy cow it’s greasy. I will just use it for my body. I have been wanting to try a mineral anyway. Great video. Thanks so much.
Hi, loved the video. I also have dry skin and have the Mychelle, I use it in my tee zone durning the summer. Works okay that way also. Keep the great videos coming.
I use the Mychelle tinted sunscreen and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.. but yes , it can be a touch drying - I portion out the proper amount, and then I add five drops of Flower Beauty Supernova Celestial skin elixir to it and apply to my face... this gives me some glowiness and it stops the SPF from being drying .. it gives a beautiful look to my face either naked or with a hydrating tinted cream or foundation ... Anyway... you look terrific today... thanks for this video!
Hi Tamara! I have the Japanese sunscreen and I love it. It doesn’t sting my skin and it is very easy to apply. I got it at the Amazon and payed around $12, but the size is tiny, like sample size!!Thanks for the tips and will try the other ones you suggested. P.S. I love la roche posay too👍👍
Hi Tamara , I also mix the My Chelle with the Elta Md and My Chelle with the colorscience .. the colorscience is a little too glowy by itself for me so I mix it with everything ! I’m going to go watch Claudia now , love you both 💕🌸💕
Great video. Thank you. I just ordered the dermatology physical sunscreen 44 on your recommendation. I love trying new sunscreen as I too wear it every single day. 💕😊
Enjoying your fabulous video with a huge cup of tea 🍵 !!! Thank you Tamara! I never had luck with Elta MD despite their rave success & I tried many of them. Mermaid I loved!!! I use all JP sunscreens & LRP now, they just work best on me. But Id love to check out drmtlgy! PS. Now I’m headed to your (veggie mix? Vitamix? video, I’m shopping for a hardcore veggie smoothie maker & remembered that video you made 😁!!)
Thank you Olina! Green smoothies are the number one best dietary change I ever made...both for my overall energy and health and my SKIN! I need to do an updated smoothie video...that was so early in my channel and the quality isn't the best...the info is still good though! My recipe Hasn't really changed that much...LOL. Enjoy your Sunday! ❤️
Ah, thanks for the rec on the Drmtlgy SPF moisturizer - think I’ll order that (with your code of course). Hopefully it won’t have the funky smell or sting my eyes like other Drmtlgy sunscreens have! Been using Elta MD UV Clear, which is lite & doesn’t sting my eyes. What I don’t like about it is the high price!
I always apply it all over my eyes with no stinging and I just double checked the scent...I don't detect a scent. Hope this helps! Hope you love it as much as I do! ❤️
You look so pretty in that vibrant pink shirt. It really compliments your skin tone. Much love and happy Sunday. 💗 PS--do you like the Australian Gold Botanical Mineral Tinted sunscreen?
Thank you Mave! I wish Australian Gold worked for me…it’s so highly rated snd so affordable! And I love that it now comes in different shades! I tried it years ago and found it a bit too drying for my skin. But perhaps I should revisit the newer formulations…enjoy your Sunday ❤️
Love your videos ! So happy to see you both collaborate with such generosity ! I am always looking for the perfect sunscreen as it is the base of my Pro-aging modality. I really need to try Colorscience. For the time i am still addicted to Josie Maran spf . I need to try the Cotz !!!
Hi Tamara, thank you for sharing your top 5 sub screens, you know I love 2 of them, Elta MD and Drmtlgy, haven’t tried the new one but love the original. Your face is glowingly beautiful! My best look is my tinted sunscreen and some bronzer. Much love, Sheila
Great video Tamara, I use the Mychelle, per Angie, with my moisture, a few drops into moisture doesn't make me feel dry. I have extremely dry skin and this doesn't affect it. I am now gonna order the Drmtlgy, per you, because everything I have from them I love. Thanks for the video.
I was so disappointed in the MyChelle sunscreen! My face actually flakes and peels after applying it. I gave it a rest for a couple of months and then tried it again with the same results. I'm going to try the Elta MD next. I do appreciate your follow up videos. thanks for this important information.
I mix the Mychelle with the CeraVe Tinted spf. I have oily acne prone skin and it has work amazingly well. I love the old Dmtlgy for winter, I have to try the new. Thanks for the reviews.
Thank you Tamara. I’ve been using Canmake under the EltaMD and it looks so good! Canmake is great under foundation as well. I’m also enjoying Australian Gold even though it’s matte . It’s nice for my days off. And I’m really loving the Misha on my skin, but the color is a bit sallow. I would like to try Cotz next. So many choices! ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome info on sunscreens! You are a gem with all your valuable research. Thanks! BTW, Just love your top! Wow that’s a great color for you. May I ask where you got it? I’d love to try it. 🥰
Thank you Bella! My tshirt is Mossimo from target a couple years ago. This specific one is no longer available but they always have a pretty large selection of colorful t shirts 🥰
I really like the PTR sunscreen too. For the last 4 to 5 years my go to is Josie Maran Protect and Perfect SPF 47. It is a tinted moisturizer with light coverage than just evens out my skin tone. Thanks for all the info you provide. Be well.
Hi! :-) I got the Elta Md Restore and I have exactly the same issues with it that you have: too warm/yellow tint for my skin and too hydrating in the summer! I love it on my chest though! My favourite at the moment is the UV Elements! I've been using it as one and only step , with just added concealer and love it! xx
Elta makes so many good products! The Restore is the most hydrating mineral SPF I have found so far so I am sure I will go back to the Restore in the winter....it really helped my SUPER dry winter skin...I'll either bring the warmth down with another SPF or cancel it out with foundation. the Elements has been a long time love for YEARS. SO good. Have a great Sunday Marisa!
Hi Tamara. I’m a new subscriber to you and I really like your channel. I mix the EltaMD Elements and the UV Clear together because Elements is too dark for me. I just ordered the Drmtlgy mineral sunscreen and can’t wait to try it. ❤️
Hi Tamara, you and Claudia have saved me in the SPF category. On your recommendation, I bought the CanMake Korean Sunscreen. I love, love, love it. It is what I was looking for and is great for every day. Easy on, no show or problem wearing, and easy off. Great for slapping on and walking the dogs, kind of thing. (I love Korean facial products. They never disappoint). I am wearing the Drmtolgy moisturizer with SPF right now (thank you for the code!) and I ran out in the hallway and made my husband look at my face. It is really nice also, and the color, for me, was just fine. I love the pump jar. I also love MD Solar Sciences 50 Mineral Moisture Defense that Claudia recommended. I HATE CeraVe’s SPF with a passion. It does not do well on my face and I get the little “Rollie’s” like flaking with or without makeup. These SPF’s MUST play nice with makeup! Thank you Tamara, & you Claudia! I hate SPF’s in general, and you all may have saved me tons of age spots, which none of us like! 🥰
I have gone through multiple tubes of the PTR sunscreen. I like it especially in winter - in summer it can be a little glowy. I just started on the Elta MD Restore- think I’ll save it for cooler weather, I think I like the uv elements better in summer. Some new ones to try!
Good point...that's probably why I used the PTR less as the summer wore on....Especially here in the extreme weather of the midwest...what works great in the cold, dry winter can be totally different from what works in the HOT humid summer months! The Restore is the most hydrating SPF I have found for the winter months so far!
So, I loved the ColorScience all winter but found it a bit too 'glowy' and too fair for the summer, so I took Angie's advice and bought the MyChelle. The Michelle is too drying and too dark for me on its own so I just layer it over the ColorScience, and I've got my perfect sunscreen!
Tamara, I absolutely love Drmolgy sunscreen(the newest one). I find the Elta MD too tinted for my fair skin, also I seem to have problems pumping Elta MD out of the container. I have to turn the contrainer upside down in order to get the sunscreen out of the tube. So, thank you for these reviews!
DRMTLGY is lovely! I love the tint and the price! And yes, now that you mention it, if I don’t store the Elta tube upright with pump side down, the pump doesn’t work effectively. Frustrating!
Thanks again for your very informative video, I have tried quite a few, I too have very dry skin, Mychelle didn't impress me much, ELTA was Ok and a few others, the one that stands out to me and I keep on repurchasing is by far the "DRMTLGY Tinted Moisturizer SPF 46, smooth as butter, does not burn my eyes, just a beautiful beautiful sunscreen, I really enjoy wearing this and.... very affordable, comes to 30$ in Canadian with the discount code, I purchased 2 of them bad boys. Have a great start to the week!
Like you, I couldn't make the MyChelle drops work for my skin which is combo, but added a few drops to some of my white casts sunscreens I purchased to avoid wasting them. I am probably the only consumer on YT that isn't impressed with Elta MD but I love the Drmtlgy! Thanks for the discount code. Love your vlogs 😚
Thank you for this video. I tried the Cotz and did not like it. It was heavy and would not set. My hair kept getting stuck to my face. Sadly, it was a no for me.
Looking forward to your thoughts on the new DRMTLGY in winter. Mineral sunblocks can make my face hurt from about October to April but all the chemical ones I’ve tried are too shiny.
Right! The Minnesota winter months can be brutal on my dry skin! Last winter the super hydrating EltaMD UV restore saved my skin…we’ll see how DRMTLGY fares. I may wind up mixing them? I’ll keep you posted!
Tamara you are a Timeless beauty and I love your channel! Does Elta MD UV Elements has a darker tint that UV Restore? I have dark skin with a yellow undertone. Which would you recommend?
Thank you Rena! Both the Elta's have the deepest, warmest tints in my collection. And in fact are a little too deep/warm for my light/medium skin tone most of the year. sometimes I add just a tad of IT Cosmetics CC cream to my SPF to adjust the tint a little. Also, Color Science just came out with several new tints and I think have a deeper tone...they are one of the companies offering more than one tint in their formula which I think is great. Hope this helps!
I was sitting here guessing how old you were, I thought you was 55 at the most. Then read your about section on your channel. Was surprised you just turned 61. The sunscreens are defo working. x
I’ve been using the Elta MD UV Elements. It’s a little pricey to me but I really like the way it looks and works. I don’t even have to wear foundation over it. We’ll see how I feel about it in the winter🤷🏻♀️
I have the Peter Thomas Roth and I can’t make it work for me. I too, have super dry skin and live in California so we don’t have humidity and I still can’t figure why it doesn’t work for me? It’s funny how we are all so different. I want to try the ColorScience and the Drmtlgy in the near future. Thank you for your wonderful review.
Thank you Milica! Climate can have such a huge impact even if we have the same skin type! I know I have to switch products up in the cold DRY winter months...so different form the hot HUMID summers we have here in Minnesota. ❤️
They are both lovely. The Cotz is a little more dewy/hydrating and slightly less tinted “coverage” but looks really pretty on the skin. The DRMTLGY is definitely not matte, but not sure if I would call it dewy. It has slightly more opacity to it. They both work well under makeup if you let them set down first. Hope this helps.
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty Thank you so much for the quick and thoughtful response! That's very helpful and sounds like the drmtology is the one for me to try. I have combo skin with oily t zone and don't like to look too shiny
Great review Tamara.. Although I've been using Elta and Colorscience, I'm definitely gonna try couple of your other options. The Drmtlgy and PTR I'm thinking. Thanks for the 20% off code. Love how you always mention other channels to check out, especially someone who is newer to mature community. Have a good week see ya next time! 🙌🙋♀️
Tamara, thank you so much for an amazing video! I LOVE the new spf from DRMTLGY. A question I have for you, since you also love tinted sunscreens is…how do you avoid or get out sunscreen stains!? The collars of my shirts are all ruined, and sometimes I even get sunscreen stains on friends and family after hugging them 😬 any tips? Thank you!!
Good question and yes that can be a problem especially in the fall/winter when I am wearing more collar style shirts. I try to only take the tinted SPF slightly down my neck just enough so there is no clear line of demarcation. I use mostly a sheer SPF on most of my neck. As far as face transfer, I very often use a powder over the tinted SPF to set it down a little more...one of my favorites is the Hour Glass Ambient lighting finishing powder. In the summer, when I am SUPER glowy I might use the IT Cosmetics your skin but better Airbrush Perfecting Powder. Both can help set and reduce transfer.
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty Tamara, thank you SO MUCH, those are all such helpful suggestions! Especially the use of setting powder; I never would have thought about that. You’re the best 😊
Honestly, I still use sucky mineral sunscreen. It’s so tacky I mix it with a little Rimmel Stay Matte foundation. Knocks the SPF down a little, but while I’m in the house, it’s fine. 🤷🏼♀️
Hi Tamara. I purchased the DRMTLGY tinted moisturizer and found it too glowy under make up. Is the new one not as glowy and would you say both tints are comparable? That PTR one does look enticing for my yellow skin.
Hi Donna! The new one is slightly less glowy with a cooler, slightly lighter shade. Also, the texture is slightly less watery, a little thicker. The PTR is really pretty, but I did receive a comment from someone saying they felt it was too glowy in the summer. But I think both are really pretty on the skin. And they both work well for me under makeup.
Hi Tamara. How do you reapply sunscreen over makeup? I have dry skin. Based on your recommendation I’m on EltaMD elements, is my holy grail. I tried derma e mineral powder for reapplication, this one makes my skin very dry. TIA
That is a conundrum for sure. When I am doing outdoor activities I typically am not wearing much makeup. When I was working, I would actaully re apply the SPF over the makeup at lunch if I took a walk and again for the drive home. , especially EltaMD is so pretty on the skin. I have heard people use a sponge to dab the SPF over makeup to minimize disruption of the makeup...unfortunately, I have no perfect answer for you.
Tamara I am rewatching your video and looking for a mineral SPF that I can put my neck. I don't want tinted because it gets on my clothes. What do you use on your neck?
Good question…I hate getting tinted SPF on my clothes so I usually use an untinted SPF on my neck. Two of my favorites are the DRMTLGY Briad Spectrum SPF…it’s 30% off today link in description box. I also like the Canmake Mermaid Sungel.
Tamara, I was ready to purchase DRMTLGY’s sunscreen but after seeing Claudia’s video, I felt like the sunscreen went on way too shiny. I realized I must like more of a matte finish. Has that been your experience?
Hi Peggy! So much depends on skin type and preference. With my super dry skin I prefer a somewhat radiant, perhaps even glowy finish. The DRMTLGY does go on quite shiny, but once it dries down I really enjoy the radiant (not greasy) finish. And it works really well under makeup. If I want to take the glow down a little I just dust on a little of one of my favorite finishing powders such as HourGlass or Kosas Cloud Set. The tint is such a good match for my skin tone...sometimes it's just SPF, a touch of powder, lipstick and out the door I go. As far as viewer feedback, most of the feedback I have received on the DRMTLGY has been very positive. People seem to love it. But I DO get the occasional comment that they felt it was too glowy...so again...skin type and preference make a difference on your experience. I hope this helps!
Thanks, Tamara. I’ve been using Paula’s Choice Skin Restoring Moisturizer for a couple of years now. I really do love it but I think it would be beneficial to find a different moisturizer with spf that’s not all chemical. I probably will try DRMTLGY. Appreciate your research on this topic!!
Gotta ask…..SPF 50 is the gold standard that most of us gravitate towards. So why would some have SPF 46? Would the 4 percent less make a difference in the texture? I might be the only one thinking this way. Just me being curious!
How do you compare the tint and undertone of the Drmtlgy physical spf 44 with Colorscience Sunforgettable Face Shield spf 50 original ? The Colorscience face shield original peachy tone matches my skin tone perfectly!
The Color Science original has a more sheer, lighter peachier shade than the DRMTLGY Physical which is more neutral and slightly more opaque and SLIGHTLY deeper than the CS. However, the DRMTLGY is a lighter shade than my other tinted SPFs such as the Eltas...And also lighter than previous DRMTLGY SPF. I had one person comment today that their perfect shade is a mix of the CS and the DRMTLY. Hope this helps! ❤️
Good morning! Very informative video - I will have to try some of those that are in your top favs. I've tried so many different mineral sunscreens, but I do keep going back to Australian Gold tinted mineral sunscreen - I am very fair skinned. I don't like to waste the sun screen if it doesn't work well on my face - I will usually use it up on my arms, neck, and back of my hands. Enjoy your week ❤ off to watch Claudia's channel now.😁
Thank you Tracey! It's been years since I tried Australian Gold (found it pretty drying) but so many people are mentioning it that I need to revisit it! Not sure your skin type? But unless your are very oily, with your fair skin you might really like the Color Science which is a barely there sheer tint and also the CanMake which is completely clear. Enjoy your Sunday! ❤️
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty I have normal to combination skin - more dry in the winter and I don't usually have any reactions to skin care products. I have heard great things about Color Science - I will have to try that one after I finish my many tubes that I currently have. :)
Hi Tracey, like you, AG mineral has been my HG for years. I try others, but usually there's an issue that makes it fail. AG works & is affordable, cost is $$$ on some of these! Even over 50, my T-zone is still very oily so zinc oxide doesn't bother me. People who find ZO drying can add a tiny drop of facial oil to their moisturizer before putting on SPF.
Funny how we are all so different! I don't like the Dermtlgy the tint is way to light for my skin tone. I am a big fan of Elta MD and Colorscience Flex.
Good question! Most tinted Mineral SPFs, unfortunately do not come in different shades/tints. However, a few are starting. ColorScience offers different tints as does MyChelle. But most companies add just enough tint to reduce the white cast. Sometimes, if a tinted SPF shade is really off for me, I will add a little IT Cosmetics CC cream to adjust the tint. I will apply 3/4 of the SPF to my face, let it set, then add another layer of SPF mixed with CC cream to adjust the tint. I would not do this with most foundations as it would cut the SPF, but the CC cream has a 50 mineral SPF, so I feel pretty comfortable adding it to my mineral SPFs. Here is a video where I demonstrate this technique: ruclips.net/video/R7sRRjzA2OQ/видео.html Hope this helps!
If memory serves me correctly yes, but I’m out if town and don’t have it with me to double check. Generally I use tinted on no makeup days and untinted on makeup days.
I LOVE Canmake! It's one of my 3 "go to" sunscreens! I also appreciate that Asian sunscreens often use next generation filters and are priced better than many US and EU sunscreens. So glad you're shining some light on it. Happy Sunday, beautiful!

I bought the drmtology sunscreen last year after your last video and loved it. Will try the mineral version 🌸
I liked the MyChelle for summer, but after I'd used it a week or so, I got the worst cystic acne. I'd not had a cystic pimple in years before that, and had not changed anything else. So I've started trying to use the MyChelle on backs of hands and on my arms when I can. It was only $11 on Amazon, though. I have been using SunBum for the face. Holy cow it’s greasy. I will just use it for my body. I have been wanting to try a mineral anyway.
Great video. Thanks so much.
Hi Mena how are you?
I think the CanMake is great for all skin types...but the MyChelle is perfect for combo/oily skin! ❤️
I still love the Elta MD - I definitely need the tint!! Just loved the swatches at the end - so helpful 💚💚
Thank you Bev! Elta is SO good...a true classic. ❤️
Hi, loved the video. I also have dry skin and have the Mychelle, I use it in my tee zone durning the summer. Works okay that way also. Keep the great videos coming.
I love your earrings and that color top is so beautiful. Thank you for the sunscreen reviews- I am going to purchase the Dermatology physical one!
You look beautiful and your skin is glowing.
Thanks for your review! Realizing how important sunscreens are.
Great video! I am dying to try colour science too❣️
That color looks gorgeous on you!
Thank you for the review!
Hi Tamara! I have the Japanese sunscreen and I love it. It doesn’t sting my skin and it is very easy to apply. I got it at the Amazon and payed around $12, but the size is tiny, like sample size!!Thanks for the tips and will try the other ones you suggested.
P.S. I love la roche posay too👍👍
Great video Tamara thank you. The dermatology product sounds like a must try.
That is my favorite right now, too👍🏻 I tried the dermatology based on your video, actually; but I got the all mineral👏great video! I love the updates!
Your #1 is my #1. - Love it!!
Thank you Maureen! I hope you love the new DRMTLGY as much as I do! ❤️
I was so disappointed in the MyChelle sunscreen! My face actually flakes and peels after applying it. I gave it a rest for a couple of months and then tried it again with the same results. I'm going to try the Elta MD next. I do appreciate your follow up videos. thanks for this important information.
Darn! That sounds awful! I hope you love the EltaMD as much as I do! ❤️
I mix the Mychelle with the CeraVe Tinted spf. I have oily acne prone skin and it has work amazingly well. I love the old Dmtlgy for winter, I have to try the new. Thanks for the reviews.
I tried the MyChelle, too, but it pilled on me. My daughter loves it, though, so it has a good home. Good work!
I love mixing the Colorescience classic with DRMTGY 44 mineral. Perfect match for my skin tone.
Great idea mixology master! ❤️
Be well.
the Jose Maran has been on my wish list for a while...it sounds lovely. Thanks for sharing! ❤️
Tamra try the Canmake - Mermaid Skin Gel UV SPF 50 in the clear, love it!!! It comes in clear, or white. I’ve used all you listed but the Thomas Roth.
Thanks for the tip!
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty I'll certainly try to use it as well in the Winter! Great Sunday for you too! xx
Thanks to you I found the COTZ. I struggled to find a sunscreen that agreed with my drier skin. Thankfully I no longer have to look.
I’m so glad you love it as much as I do! ❤️
I'm so glad you found this helpful! Sunscreens can be so tricky...I'm so glad you found some you LOVE. ❤️
Heyyyyy looking forward to this 🤗🤗🤗
Loved this and you look beautiful as always 😍
Thank you honey! ❤️
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty have a lovely Sunday ♥️♥️♥️
Thank you, Tamara Great info!
Your skin colors look gorgeous!! New make up or shirt reflection? Also, how do you reapply after the few hours it wears off?
Hallo...good prese ration....nice and beautifull
It really is so pretty on the skin!
Wow! Great video thanks. I am interested in the cotz and new physical drmtology. Which one is more shiny/dewey?
They are both lovely. The Cotz is a little more dewy/hydrating and slightly less tinted “coverage” but looks really pretty on the skin. The DRMTLGY is definitely not matte, but not sure if I would call it dewy. It has slightly more opacity to it. They both work well under makeup if you let them set down first. Hope this helps.
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty Thank you so much for the quick and thoughtful response! That's very helpful and sounds like the drmtology is the one for me to try. I have combo skin with oily t
zone and don't like to look too shiny
Hi! Was wondering if the Cotz one that you talked about looks ok under makeup?
I love you and claudia, beautiful 💐💕☀️💘❤️
🙏🦋🌺🐝😘❤️
The DRMTLGY universal tinted sunscreen is too dark on me. Is their new mineral one lighter in color?
Yes, the new physical universal is less warm and a lighter shade than the original. My skin tone is light/medium and it works really well fir me. ❤️
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty thanks!
Enjoy your week ❤ off to watch Claudia's channel now.😁
Just adding - I tried Avene SPF50 mineral sun screen - and it left a horrible white cast on my face - I looked like a ghost :(
Thank you Tracey!
@@TraceyMP and Pretty expensive? Thanks for the heads up!
I’ve been using Tizo tinted mineral sun screen spf 50 for years. It’s mousse, pore filling, expensive.
Also use Tizo Tinted, really like it but, I find it pills😒😒😒
Funny how we are all so different! I don't like the Dermtlgy the tint is way to light for my skin tone. I am a big fan of Elta MD and Colorscience Flex.
Right!? I wish they all made at least 2 different tints.
How do the tinted ones work for women of color? Do they all offer different shades?
Here is a video where I demonstrate this technique: ruclips.net/video/R7sRRjzA2OQ/видео.html
Hope this helps!
New to your channel sent from Nanny and The Moose!
oh my gosh! I ADORE Nanny! She is such an inspiration ❤️
Does the dermatology 44 all mineral do well under foundations too?
If memory serves me correctly yes, but I’m out if town and don’t have it with me to double check. Generally I use tinted on no makeup days and untinted on makeup days.
❤❤❤
in the summer all I wear is tinted sunscreen or tinted moisturizer.I find foundation too heavy
