Kickinpony.66 depends on what you mean by “Aerobatic Standards”. If you mean pulling 5+ g’s then no most are not. If you mean the ability to fly in unconventional ways then yes, but it varies by aircraft. For example some are forbidden from spinning while others are not.

I had the opportunity to talk with an SETP pilot, when I was in Wichita, Kansas (doing work for a Regional Bank). He reminded me of some S.E.A.L.'s I encountered, when I was Active Duty, in the US Navy... (dude was crazy). He talked about Rolling/Spinning/Stalling brand new aircraft, and finding the Perfect Moment of Recovery. Heck, even Piper Cub's are certified for Inverted Flight :)

Robert M. "Bob" Robbins was a personal friend of mine. He was a famous Boeing Test Pilot, put over 470 hours on the XB-29 after Eddie Allen crashed the first prototype.
Bob was also the XB-47 test pilot, and, later in 52', as Senior Project Engineer, Bob handed the keys figuratively to a four star general. Bob was MIT and Carnegie Management Institute.
A Gen. flew Bob and I to Whiteman, home of the 509th, to view the B-2.
Awesome, and, we flew in a KC-135, another Dash-7, Boeing 707 variant.
