This is hot, but I just want to say, I wish these bls would be more accurate to what the gay community is like. Literally every gay dude I know and have known of is down for sex on a first date, if not just to meet up for sex only. Guy's don't have the stigma of being easy or worrying about getting pregnant, so they can submit to their true desires. I really want to see an accurate bl - not just this, "I can wait" or slow romantic sh*t. It's nice too, but I want to see one that's more realistic is all I'm saying. The animalistic first love scene between max and tul in together with me, and the "random hook up" first love scene between fort and peat in love in the air is a lot of the times how it is too, and that's OK. Edit: Men can be passionate and romantic too, but there are other aspects to it. They definitely need to stop applying female codependency/jealousy issues to these gay couples too. I find myself rolling my eyes a lot thinking, that's something a girl would say/do. There may be some guys like that as well, but not near as much, and in the way it's portrayed in these bls. Men typically like their space more than females and don't let things get to them as much. Not all, but statistically.

The only thing I know of that varies is whether they are monogamous or not. A lot of gays aren't monogamous, but some are. I'd seriously like to talk to a gay guy that isn't religious that wants to wait to have sex and ask them why. Seriously never heard of that.

There is a lot of variation in the world, including among queer folks. As well people could be asexual, demisexual, sex repulsed, turned off by the hook up scene or dating scene, too busy, or any number of reasons.

However, my main point is that bls are so far from how it is, and I'd like to see one written by a gay man that is accurate. There's a place for both, but I think the way bls are is specifically geared toward female fetishizing gay relationships, so it's how females want it to be, and that's almost a slap in the face to the queer community. I'd like if we started using bls to help the gay community. Of course making gays out to be promiscuous won't really help with the stick up their ass (no pun intended) mentality of people when it comes to sex, but just something a bit more realistic. Something to show the beauty AND reality of the queer community.
