I love these relaxed vocal warm-ups! Whenever I do more intense warm-ups or warm up for a long time I feel like I lose my voice or feel strained even if I'm not straining during the warm-up. Maybe my vocal cords are kind of thin? Anyway, thank you for this, and I pray that your babies come out healthy and happy.
