This dish is called 火山排骨 （Volcano Spare Ribs）， Volcano represents the spiciness but mostly bones and 10% meat😂
That tower of ribs was crazy !! It looked way to spicy and eating it in a hot humid place doesn't help. I love Asian desserts but i'm not familiar with the newer flavors. Tom yum ice cream sounds pretty disgusting, but it's good to try new things. So fun to hang around and explore the city with good friends !! ❤
Agree with Chonny .. it’s quite 1 dimensional… so save some space to try their other dishes too

As much various food Sonny and Dalena has eaten through the years, you think they can figure out what a cooked rib looks like? That's not ribs, those are the spine cut in half. It has nice collagen and little meat in it. Pork spine are cheap but good for soup.

She owned a pet pig as a kid. Nothing more no allergies she has had pork before by accident.
I like how she told Chonny she didn't want to eat the chilies because it had pork in it, but she had no problem drinking up multiple spoons of the pork broth "sauce". 😅
