bro dont call the driver at that point.. call customer support and show proof of your actual location. some drivers scam to steal food they have to be reported and banned from the service
Story time… I believe I was picking up an Uber eats, and for some reason after picking up the order, I went through acknowledging that I had picked up the correct order and needed the drop off location something glitched… the entire delivery vanished from my map until 45 minutes later. I was really angry as a driver, nobody could help me pull up this vanishing order. that is not the only problem.. they frequently do updates move things around, and generally make it difficult to move at a fast pace. A couple things the address they give us is in a map format. Most of the time I often will pull it and use it in a different mapping program and run to simultaneously. However, if you tap the screen or an update has just taken place, things may be moved around and it’s very easy to accidentally tap the screen and lose all that information. My point being if they’ve marked it as delivered they do not have access to your address at this point, so I don’t know how she planned on delivering It. As a driver, I would have contacted Postmates myself and let them know that there was a problem so they can help me correct it.
People not getting their refunds for these Postmates mental atrocities is my BIGGEST pet peeve. GET the moneys back/refund. BE the Karen. Expect betta. Be betta.
I got a Lyft from work. The guy drove past me like 5 times then goes TWO BLOCKS AWAY. Calls me, could barely understand him. "I'm at the Walmart. Where are you?" "Guy, I'm at the pin. I'm not walking to you. You come get me." Waited 2 minutes and canceled him.

It’s pretty rare that they actually give us the address and most information is held off until we arrive though it will tell us we’ve arrived when we are not at the appropriate place.
Which choice do you think a human should make: A: make a smoothie OR B: order one, overpay, spend time watching the app on your phone, tell your wife this whole story, write it down to talk about on a podcast. We are so far removed from any real problems lol🤣
