My mom side of the family has three generations of Angel Luis. We call my grandpa Angel in a Spanish pronunciation, my uncle Luis and my cousin Angel in English. 😂

The reason Stanley kept getting in and out of the bath is cause sims can't get undressed around child sims, so the action kept being cancelled by the game cause baby Stanley was in the room.
@@SimsyHazel Oh man, I can't wait to see the pretty cribs the CCers will invent for us. I'm disappointed with the Maxis options - did they really need to do a Mission version? @@ILuvAyeAye Oh Yeah! They should of also added handiness infants beds for free as long as you have the handiness table and a certain amount of skill. It would have been useful for rags and riches.
It's annoying though, I swear the build I'm playing in has plenty of large open spaces with soft looking rugs for tummy time. But if I tell my Sim to give the infant tummy time, they bring him out into the thunderstorm every darn time. 🤣 There's a work around - you just need to ask the Sim to put the baby where you want them to do tummy time, and then request tummy time. Simsie: Stanley really takes care of my needs Also simsie: YOU LEFT ME OM THE FLOOR IN A DIRTY DIAPER… omg we almost got taken away from not being fed again XD
I find it funny that its kinda realistic in the fact that we don't really know what babies want and they get mad when we do the wrong thing like the baby didn't want food he wanted sleep.
Today my sim put my toddler in a high chair, gave it food, waited for it to finish the food, and then let it out again, and it honestly felt like a miracle
i love how every simmer is happy about the self soother trait (and also gets confused about why their infant gets the unhappy childhood trait when they grow up when they leave the infant to self soothe on their own all the time) 😂 i think they even said it in the livestream that infants will self soothe because they learned not to rely on the adults (and wont have a good relationship when aging up) and regulate their emotions on their own which irl is pretty traumatic and life altering😅
I was laughing so hard whenever Stanley would do something like leave the kid outside or ignore its needs right after Kayla would praise him for not being too bad (maybe he heard and was like nope can't be to good).
Having multiple infants in a household is a NIGHTMARE. My sim had a huge que of actions of the infants trying to bite her and I kept having to reset her to get it to stop. They put the infants down to check on another and then when they pick the second one up, they do the same as before. I know they’re supposed to be difficult to take care of, but omg I hope the team works on them more because they’re impossible to take care of now.
Literally, infants make toddlers seem so easy. The fact that you can't stop your Sims from automatically taking care of them and getting stuck in either a loop or having to cancel a full queue of actions constantly is... not ideal.
I haven't found it so bad if you control the actions from the infant, NOT the parent. If you have the infant request a diaper change (click on the changing table), or request food, it almost always happens. If you have the parent do it, they'll ignore the about-to-starve-to-death infant to play with the other infant who is already fine. The only tasks I have the parent initiate is stuff like tummy time the infant can't request, but I have the infants request all the necessities (food, diaper change, bath, put me here). The infant can also command visitors and babysitters the same way. The other thing if you have multiple, is putting them in separate rooms can help, so they don't wake each other up when they're crying. Yes, I was playing a 6 infant challenge with each in their own tiny cell, what of it? :D If you watch Deli's 6 infant challenge, instead of separating all of them, she only separated the one that was crying the most. I think that would work too, and is realistic in family gameplay (as opposed to my dystopic orphanage set up...). In the real world, I could totally see parents putting the one baby that cries in the most in their bedroom instead of the nursery, so he stops waking the others.
@@mariekeana I know I just said this, but I'm not sure you'll be notified since I didn't reply to you - command the parents by the infants! The parents actually do the actions if the infant requests it. I was ready to pull my hair out before I figured that out. Also, try to keep the other infants occupied at all times, even if they're only "trying to go night night", it makes for fewer pop-ups. 7:19 yeah i realised that parents apparently cannot do anything in the bathroom if infants and toddlers are there which is so dumb lmao. makes sense for kids and teens but toddlers follow their parents into the toilet all the time irl, they shouldn't care aha
Am I the only one who noticed infants seem to need a nap every like 3 hours, even if their energy isn't low? They'll get the sad Naptime moodlet and it makes it really hard to get much accomplished. In my legacy save my sim had triplets WITHOUT CHEATS that truly had never happened to me before and I simply needed to wait to age the newborns up until the update/pack release because apparently I like to suffer. Also the teen sibling is regularly jealous of the attention the babies get, it’s kinda funny). So far one triplet is an exceptionally fast learner despite being cautious, one of them is the chillest little thing and a close second development wise and the third is dead last, has just recently learned to roll over when the others already sit up and crawl and is constantly in a bad mood because he’s unfortunately very gassy. I‘m having a great time I’m not gonna lie.
