One advice from big sister I had immense acnes at 19 ( sometimes they bleed as well🥲) Here is what I learned over the time- Wash your face 2 times ( and massage gently for atleast 30-40 seconds) Toner is helpful No more than 1 active serum for your age Do NOT skip moisturiser and sunscreen Sunscreen is must ( I did not use sunscreen till 21 yrs and mere doctor ne sabse pehle yehi bola how can you not use sunscreen) And lastly be happy , sleep , eat healthy and do some physical activities Baki sab yeh thik hojaega💞 And use gentle products bache Yeh cica and stuff are harsh … I fell into the trap as well🥲
