How to install PHP 8.3.7 on Windows 10/11 [2024 Update] | Install and Run first PHP Program

In this video, I am going to show you the step-by-step installation of PHP 8.3.7 on Windows 10/11. Then I will show you how to run your first PHP Program | Windows 10/11. Windows (64-bit).
What is PHP?
PHP is a general-purpose scripting language especially suited to web development. It was originally created by Danish-Canadian programmer Rasmus Lerdorf in 1994. The PHP reference implementation is now produced by The PHP Group.

Step 1. First You need to go to the following PHP Official Site.

This page will lead to the PHP official Site. Now here find VS16 x64 Thread Safe and download the zip file.
Step 2. After downloading just extract the zip file on your Windows 10/11 OS. 64 bit.
Step 3. Now just cut and paste the extracted PHP folder to your C drive.
Step 4. Now set the environment variable and there you go! Now just simply create a PHP file and write a Hello World script.
Step 5. Now open the Command Prompt and type:
PHP nameOfYourPhpFile.php
And there you go!!
You have successfully installed the PHP and run your first PHP Program on your Windows 10/11 OS. Cheers!!
