Larry just saw through Howard. Without the FCC, Howard couldn't have been 'shocking'. Without Steve Dahl and others to imitate, Howard wouldn't have achieved much. Rogan on the other hand has always been himself and even blazed a trail with podcasting, where he had nobody to imitate.
