I felt that so much, and I'm in love with how painful and awkward they made it. One of the best Dub scenes and comic scenes I've ever, watched, I love it.
These characters give off the vibes of the overworked and underpaid camp councilors I've had and known throughout my life. I work with college freshmen a lot these days and when shit hits the fan I watch this series to feel validated in my pain. 10/10
I can watch either one, but I tend to go for sub because I feel like the voices match the character better. But some my favorite dubs are dragon ball (ill be one of the first to say the sub is absolutely shite), kamisama kiss, wallflower, Yu-Gi-Oh, pokémon, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, etc.

I just started reading the manga and I can barely get through it so far because I’m laughing so hard! Hilarious dialogue and characters dripping with more sarcasm and dark humor than a British sit-com! I’ll say the dub artists here nailed the tone extremely well!
I've heard that a second season will come soon (don't know when though) and I'm really happy to be able to see them again, especially Kumatani, I like him a lot!
