I wanted to try some authentic traditional local food and I got to know there are multiple state Bhavan and Sadan canteen in Delhi. Most of the Sadan have their own restaurant serving local food. I decided to try the local food of Bihar. We visited a famous Bihar Sadan canteen to try Bihari cuisine/ food in Delhi, which serves Bihari food. Bihar Sadan is in Dwarka near New Delhi Airport. Best Bihar food that you can try is Champaram Mutton, Ahuna Mutton, Bihari cuisine, Litti Chokha, Thekua, Sattu Paratha, Bihari Thali, Bihari street food, Bhojpuri cuisine, Bihari sweets, Bihari snacks, regional dishes, culinary traditions, traditional recipes, Bihari food culture, local flavors, Bihari spices, Bihar travel, food adventure, Bihari specialties, regional cooking, authentic dishes, Bihari sweets.
