Afritank water tower overflow! The Ballcock fell off. Found by a guy under the influence of Alcohol.

While in #kigali #rwanda, I came home from work and I could hear what sounded like like a heavy rainfall in the garden. As I stumbled around in the dark I had noticed that the water tower had lost its ballcock. Seeing this on the ground made me laugh.
