    Hello Hans,
I like your movies, thank for sharing them.
I noticed in the beginning of your tutorial, that you are switching from EPSG 3857 (WGS84/Pseudo Mercator) to the Dutch EPSG 28992 (Amersfoort(Bessel 1841)/RD-New (double stereographic)) and noticed that you were prompted with the option to Warp/reproject OSM to the new selected EPSG: 28992.
In QGIS version 3.34.3-Prizren this seems no longer to be offered. Is there a setting that I'm missing here?

In my case it still works. You can check if under Settings | Options | CRS and Transforms | Coordinate transforms, the checkbox for "Ask for datum transformation if several are available" is checked.

is this plugin available for Dutch so far

The issue is the data. This plugin has links to open data from the Dutch government. Similar plugins can be developed for data from other governments.
