You can 2 shot people again. Headshot deals 170 dmg + body shot deals 85. So you kill all people within 250 hp with 2 shot like it used to be :)

Mei has had this forever until they buffed health pools and prior to that it was never broken lol. It was more of an oversight than anything that they accidentally removed it
