Really nice interview. Who was Tasty?

Hey Mark, Tasty was a true homebrewing icon! Here is a great tribute to Tasty from 21st Amendment Brewery after his passing in 2020: www.21st-amendment.com/post/tasty-tribute

Great interview - super helpful info for the enthusiast homebrewer!
BUT Why on eARTH is the Morebeer recipe kit nothing like the recipe they described! Holy crap guys! Those dudes pour out their booger loving hearts into a really interesting recipe but your kit is a super run of the mill, boring ipa recipe that looks like all your other kits. Where is the co2 extract for bittering? Why not give the process instructions like they give here in the interview? Gimme that 5lb/bbl dry hop!
