    Dentaurum colors....takes me back. PCSO exhibitor 1983, L.A. Made colored retainers for display. All they had was blue,red,yellow and green. Docs and office help were amused. "Who would want a green retainer, or yellow, they laughed". They did not laugh at the rainbow. Next PCSO in L.A. and AAO, colors were everywhere. Also pictures in retainers. Tougher to do back then, no computer to alter size and chroma. Me? Since 1969. Still at it in the forest in Oregon now. No more PCSOs, no more AAOs. They are all different now. Printing models as well now. Just use 3 EPAX 10 printers.

      No flask needed. Just put in a pressure pot at 22psa above warm water 125°f for about 8 to 10 minutes

    Hey Steve, where can I buy that rubber wheel?

    • @SzaraDentalLab
      @SzaraDentalLab  4 года назад +2

      You can buy the 4 in on Amazon It has a bigger arbor hole so you need to contact me and i will show you how to set it up. Typically will last at least 6 months if used properly (daily)

      Im going to make a video when i buy a new demonstrating its awesome power. I can actually trim a retainer with it and directly pumice in under 2 minutes. Skipping hand trimming. Youll have to see it to believe it🧐🧐🧐🧐

    Still not using a sandpaper mandrel as the last step before polishing?

    • @SzaraDentalLab
      @SzaraDentalLab  4 года назад +1

      Only on rare occasions. My e cutters leave smooth enough cuts that i don't really need the extra step

    • @SzaraDentalLab
      @SzaraDentalLab  3 года назад

      This depends a lot on which acrylic you are using?

      @@SzaraDentalLab It's an Indian brand DPI clear cold cure monomer

    • @SzaraDentalLab
      @SzaraDentalLab  3 года назад +1

      That's going to be a problem. Ive seen this before from other techs from India. A friend of mine who works for a US chemical company told me the cloudiness is called from the chemical bonding of covalent bonds between monomer and polymer atoms. You need to try another brand if possible
