Surely the good Lord must have been looking out for these folks 'cause they truly would not have survived the roll down that ravine. May God continue to watch over you. And great job Jeff. Almost cheated and skipped ahead to see if the car would go over before you could secure it. lol I decided instead to hold my breath through it.
The Almighty was with this couple for sure. How that thing didn't tumble and flip down that ravine can only be explained by divine intervention. Jeff I kept thinking you didn't want to tug on that vehicle too much while hooking it up or you both would be down over that hill. And Kristen you do such a great job keeping folks calm and assured. WHEW BUDDY!!!!!!!!
Yeah, I agree that they are very fortunate that their car didn’t end up at the bottom of the ravine. Jeff, you were braver than most to even attempt this one! Good job!
You are a master of physics with the patience of Job. I would never have bet you five cents that you'd have pulled that off. As always, job well done. I'm an avid fan from Raleigh NC and all the snow I ever want to see is either in a little snow globe or in your videos. Keep up the great work.
That was insane omg that car was like I’m not moving until Jeff arrives it dug in thankful they are ok. Jeff good job and Kristin Now I definitely never will ask you guys for winter vlogs like this again
Jeff and Kristen i am so glad you guys and the tourists are all okay in this video i know you was truly wore out in this recovery i most likely would have refused doing this job but so glad everybody was okay
Thanks for another exciting rescue, you should probably start selling spare underpants when you reach a job like that, I'm sure those folks would have needed some 😋. Best wishes from Scotland.
@ Everything Auto, Oh Abba father in heaven, I'm so grateful to God, they and you'll are OK. It's a true miracle th hey are alive. And you gave me such a scare when you climbed up to tie off to the trees, and the whole time you were hooking on to to car,, especially when you lost your balance slipped on ice getting up and touched the corner of the car to catch your balance Lordy, Lord,. I'm here safe in my house sitting on my chair holding on writhing from side to side like I was gonna fall. This was the scariest save/tow I've seen you undertake. God bless you'll for you'lls service going above and beyond to help people, desperate folk. And thank you'll for being good fair people. I been watching about 6 months or so . I know I'm late but congrats on your daughter's wedding. Nice job on the turkey on gobble gobble day. God is good.
Can you imagine what he was thinking and feeling as he let the passenger crawl across him and get out first? I’d be thinking there’s no way I’m getting out before it slides to the bottom of the mountain
I think I held my breath for the entire video! And now, I'm nervous about the next installment! Good job y'all! Thanks for the insight into a good tow company's world! I think most of us think that tow trucks can do anything (and so far, you haven't disappointed!).
"Not sure we can get 'this one out" Pshhh....Jeff always get's 'em out. Just like Ed says on Matt's Offroad Recovery...."We'll get 'em out" Great job Jeff. You evaluation of the situation and coming up with a solution is always fantastic!
I hate to see anyone have car issues. HOWEVER your snow videos keep me watching. This to me is awesome to see. I live in sunny Florida "don't take it the wrong way" and never see this type of pulling out digging in down cliff car videos. Just real flat land down here. Keep more coming. Great video Everything Autos
Just wow!! Great job guys. This takes a lot of thinking to get these poor people outta this jam. They are lucky that y’all were available to help them. Thanks for letting us tag along.
I really laughed at the beginning of the video Kristen! You do the same thing I do. You just got there, and Jeff is assessing the scene, and you're there beside him, asking "How did it get here? What's keeping it there?". I do the same thing, and my husband gets annoyed with me, because I get annoyed with him when he gets mad at me asking! LOL! I don't really want him to answer, or should I say EXPECT him to answer me, I'm just thinking out loud. Hearing someone else do it, sounds funny! I know that YOU know that he hasn't got those answers yet, but you're just pondering the situation in your own way, by asking questions out loud. The two of you make a great team.
OMG.. I don't even want to think of how that must have felt. These people must have had God on their side. Jeff you have awesome skills. Towing, repaires mountain climbing (LOL). That was crazy......
Jeff, you did an awesome save of that car! What a nail biter. That had to be so scary for them to get out of the car. So glad they made it out of the car safely. Tarrell did some quick thinking to put the car in park and pull the emergency brake! I am in southern West Virginia. We live in the outskirts of a small town still within the town limits. Our roads are like that during and after a snowfall. Thankfully our town has snowplows that clear and treat our roads. Back in January we had 25 inches of snow!
Hello Jeff and Kristin. That was some crazy pull. Jeff, I bet you noticed thst big dead tree lying at the bottom. If they had keep going over that ridge, and rolled, it could have been real bad. Great recovery to both. I didn't get hurt too bad when we fell face first. Later.👍
I’ve discovered yall a week in a half ago and can’t stop binge watching..!!!!! Y’all are awesome Saying Hey Yall from Georgia can’t wait to visit Gatlinburg!!! Promise I’m not a stalker I mean to visit the area lol!!!!
How does this channel not have 750k+ subs.. Excellent pull.....Wow the dropoff of that is nuts, they were More than lucky on that one..... Great Footage, 1 Limited to no editing 2. In your face action as it happens.... 3. Full length videos...... Keep up the fine work. 2nd watch of channel, Appears that - that area has Piss poor upkeep of whichever roads those may be and whoever is in charge of salting etc Need to be revised etc etc of procedures.
You’ve definitely got the skills it takes to get the job done we’re from Alabama and frequently go to the area several times a year actually coming up in March hopefully we never have a problem but if we do I know who I’m calling 👍🏻
I make comments about the country inn and suites tows. These jobs in snow and ice show why not every yahoo can do the towing and recovery business. It takes an excellent team that can read each other, a great working knowledge of physics , a great deal of patience, and last but not least the proper tools that get maintained and inspected. If in of those are missing property damage and someone getting hurt or killed is almost guaranteed. Much much respect to the two of you for these jobs. Those much have a high reward and pucker factor.
This is the first video that I was sitting on the edge of my seat nervously waiting for that car to go tumbling down the mountain. I was telling you to hurry but I guess you didn’t hear me. Great job as always

Excellent job on pulling the white car off the side of the hill...Crazy....just crazy, I wouldn't be driving when there's an ice storm going on. With my luck the car would have flipped multiple time, and went off the edge..
after watching a lot of videos, a couple of useful items come to mind, Ice/Snow Cleats for your footwear, and a grappling hook for climbing some of those steep banks, Take care guy and be safe
I love that you have a bright orange coat. I do not want you getting run over. I love the videos you and you sweet life have and how you get those crazy situations solved. Can you give us your first names? It is more personal that way and easier referring to you by name instead of driver and wifey.
It wasn't LUCK the car didn't tumble down the hill! It was the Lord who spared their lives for a purpose!!! It wasn't simply to play the lottery either!😏🌷✝️🙏 I survived a very similar incident many yrs ago when I was a teen on a curvy gravel road! The 2 door car was rocking & hanging on the side of a clift when the 4 of us got out!😬 We were grateful to the Lord & they should be too😊 By the way. . . GREAT JOB ALWAYS 👏 👍 👌 ‼️
I've been on that road several times renting cabins in January & February and have learned to always bring salt. Also, Thank God you could park the truck on solid road and not ice, otherwise you would have had to wait or salt the road first.
all i can god must been on their side the way that car was another good job you guys did getting that car out i am glad no one got hurt on that ice to ☺️✌️
Need to carry a propane bottle and a pear burn so you can melt you some tracks! Then charge them another $150 on top of the normal rates for your extra work!
Wow.. I can't imagine. Yall do a great job Jeff especially on those mtn roads n weather. God bless. Just found ur channel n watching many of ur vids as i love Gatlinburg.
Good video my brother your the man you will figure out something the viewer love the suspense of everything auto well have fun and stay safe.....Robert Guzman
It would be nice if the county would put in eye loops anchoring along the mountain side of the curves that are problematic of these accidents. I know it would be very costly to do rails but 4 loops in the ditches would not be near the cost. Good job,...God was with y'all. :)
You can really hear the worried voice around 25:00 Just out of curiosity, for the low pull on the front, could you hook to the far side a-arm? Seems it would provide a little side pull?
Their guardian angel was definitely with them! GREAT job.

I would never rent a cabin in Tennessee hills in the winter with their narrow steep roads.Another great job by the Dynamic duo of towing!😉😉
Their insurance company should give you a bonus for getting that one out without it not going over the side.
That's awesome work years of skill knowledge working there keep up the great work. God bless you guys and as always be safe 👍

I can already see where this recovery is going. You either will be the greatest thing since sliced bread or a total---.
guard rails are a wonderful thing
That was intense! Great pull guys.
In the wintertime you should throw a couple 50lb bags of road salt on the back of your truck!
Jeff for this one you needed a backpack to carry things and a throw rope
Didn't know that to be a tow truck driver you had to be part Billy Goat.
Wow.. I can't imagine. Yall do a great job Jeff especially on those mtn roads n weather. God bless. Just found ur channel n watching many of ur vids as i love Gatlinburg.
