Morgan - run your stuck lip oil under hot water to loosen the glue. Then use pliers to open - good luck!!
I’d try wiping it off with acetone and wrapping a pappertowel soaked in it beforehand , after the watter. Acetone may wipe the labeling but maybe it won’t get damaged from pliers. Definitely don’t just give up.
Some problems I see with PR is some channels just get so much that every video is from PR products, which sure, most are being honest with their opinions, but you just never know anyone, thanks for that Mikayla!! It's also weird to see SO many people that get PR. Like seriously, how many creators get Colourpop?

I think nabla is so underrated in general… especially in europe their products are priced very reasonably.

To get that lip oil open try leaving it in hot water for 10 - 15 minutes. Should get the glue to let up. If that didn't quite do it then do hot soapy water (dish soap). Should open right up after that!
I really want to I try the Clarins lip oils! I have all the Dior... I'm not sure if I can justify another suite of lip oil 😂
Get one of those metal nail files and go to town around the sides of it

Take a q-tip with some acetone on it to the rim of the lip oil then have your husband use a nut cracker to open it

You can use acetate on a qtip for any of the glue you can see and if you can, carefully use a box cutter like an ice pick to break away the glue. Just be careful not to get the acetate in the product. I've dealt with this before. Anything safe that would remove an acrylic nail should work, especially if that bottle is glass. Good luck!
