I'm neither a cook by passion nor by profession but by situation. I had prepared the nimona without the urad dal chunks and was indeed relished by my little daughter. After preparing for about 4-5 times, yesterday I added home made Paneer by extraction from milk. It was extraordinary. 😍

I'm back once again with my experiences based on your instruction. This time I did a few more variation to try my luck. I do not add green chillies since as already mentioned of my little daughter being crazy about this recipe. However to save fuel and time, I added tomato puree which seemed to work faster. Towards the end before turning off the flame I added and mixed thoroughly half teaspoon ghee. Try it yourself, if you like it, that's my reward.
