    UNRIP is about the UN using Natives to wreak havoc in our society. It's not actually about the best interests of Natives. Great chat though!! I've always liked Ellis Ross b/c he's a level-headed fellow that acknowledges reality! Cheers!

    UNDRIP has defined in the ANNEX what INDIGENOUS isn’t... Not what it is .. I am on the Blood Reserve , I see the words of this document being overlooked , but are the KEY words ... The typical meaning of Indigenous ISNT the same please hear me!!!
    The second paragraph in the ANNEX it says “
    (Affirming)( that indigenous peoples )(are equal )(to all other peoples, )(while recognizing )(the right of all peoples )to be different, to consider themselves different, and to be respected as such.
    READ that NATIVE PEOPLE and the rest of you!!!! The UN is trying to divide and conquer!! So pay attention to the ANNEX words... paragraph 3-4...
    (Affirming )also that all peoples contribute to the diversity and rich- ness of civilizations and cultures, which constitute the common heri- tage of humankind,
    (Affirming further)( that all doctrines, )(policies )(and practices)( based on or advocating )(superiority )(of peoples )(or individuals )(on the basis )(of national origin )(or racial, )(religious, )(ethnic or cultural )(((differences are racist, )))(((scientifically false, )))((legally invalid, ))(morally condemnable)( and socially unjust,)
    DO YOU READ the WORDS!!! After these very AFFIRMATIVE words the rest of the document and it’s claims ARE : Legally invalid .. the native lawyer or native peoples according to the second paragraph CANNOT claim themselves to be indigenous peoples, more important then any other group of people’s !!! Why ?? Read it paragraph 4
    They would be advocating they are Superior.... based on any of these ((criteria ))
    advocating(( superiority ))of peoples or individuals on the basis of (national origin )(or racial, )(religious, )(ethnic )(or cultural )differences
    ((are racist)) ((, scientifically false, )) ((legally invalid, ))morally condemnable and socially unjust,
    The belief that Canadian indigenous in its traditional use of that word will come and take your lands its a FEAR tactic..
    INDIGENOUS according to this UNDRIP are those who Do NOT Align with these ::
    national origin or racial, religious, ethnic or cultural differences
    I don’t know if any will not see themselves in one or more then one of these categories.... especially for the “traditionally “ “termed “ indigenous Canadian..
    but when we say we are one of these things according to the ANNEX :
    WE ARE RASIST , LEGALLY INVALID.... read the words...
    yes , it’s an agenda by the UN , it’s called (EVERY One) will own NOTHING .. and we will ALL Be Happy!! The great reset..
    This document even uses the phrase “ GOOD FAITH “ in fulfillment .” I read that and I laughed.. Really?? Good Faith!!
    Fact : Blood tribe, of Southern Alberta WON a huge “lands “claim that would should have give each native band member the up words of $70,000 each ...but the Canadian Government is Appealing that WIN, WHY?? They are trying to pass this Bill C -15 and implement UNDRIP.. so the government can then say... “ Your an indigenous peoples , advocating as a group.. sorry, your not (superior) to any other people’s!! To suggest that you are , you are a RACIST and Legally Invalid.. case closed!
    Do you understand!!! Just based on those few paragraphs in the ANNEX of the UNDRIP Document.. id like to see anyone organizing themselves Not under those categories the UN and BIll C 15 have defined as RASIST .. you can’t!! When this passes based on a false “ Good Faith” premise .. and indigenous peoples and the rest of Canadians realize the truth of the LIE they by delusional words they believed I am afraid He’ll will hit the fan..
    hence agenda 2030 .. OUT of CHAOS Come their ( one world government) ORDER.

    i am a young indigenous man and i have great interest in the issues with the crown and first nations i believe we should move forward with Canada becoming a republic and a new constitution as the supreme law of the land that includes the absolute honoring of treaties and agreements and first nations consultation on every square inch of this nation before any resources are extracted the creator gifted this land to our peoples to protect it and all its life UNDRIP frightens me we need to read this very closely get as much legal interpretation as possible this could be the undoing of our treaties and land rights and rights as sovereign peoples of this nation

      I’m no fan of UNDRIP. I don’t know, however, if a new Republic with a new constitution is required to maintain treaties with First Nations. I could be wrong. But it could be argued that those treaties were with the old monarchy, therefore the new constitution might recognize all peoples who’ve been born here as Indigenous, disregarding any notion of First Nations and their territorial claims. And if those original treaties are not maintained/carried over/ recognized by the new constitution, then they would be left with no claim of right.

    nova i don t think you understand that no monies ever in the history of canada has any taxpayers money or the government of canada monies have ever in the history of canada went to support natives in any way.the money that the natives receive comes from a trust fund started around 1760 that the crown and the government started the money came from the resources from minerals forest etc etc half of that went into a fund called 'indian trust fund' every money that the aboriginal people get comes from this fund read up on this

      @Aiphiae 4 года назад +11

      @@stylustechnology No, Zach is bang on. You just wait and see what happens. When legislation like this is passed and it creates a larger gap between two groups of people how do you think that brings them closer together? When a project deemed necessary to a non-Indigenous community is thwarted by an Indigenous group, particularly when the latter has a much smaller population than the former, you watch how well that plays out. We've seen it happen already - it's just going to get worse.
      I would love - *LOVE* - for racism to disappear and for every Canadian to live harmoniously but this legislation will *not* get us closer to that. It just won't. It's about to put a massive amount of political power into the hands of a minority. Where in history has that ever played out well?

    • @stylustechnology
      @stylustechnology 4 года назад +2

      @@Aiphiae idk where that came from tbh, all I said was the racism was already there. I didn’t comment on anything else. This is exposing the gap in the first place. If u think this is even the worst natives have faced against colonists, you’re delusional. This may not be the answer, but don’t be out here spewing nonsense about “creating racism” when it was already ferociously there.

    • @Aiphiae
      @Aiphiae 4 года назад +8

      @@stylustechnology I can't help you if you can't recognize the context between Zach's post, your post, and mine.
      Speaking of a non-sequitur, where did I mention anything about this being the worst "natives" have faced?
      I am 100% for ending racism. We live in the greatest country in the world - everyone should have full access to the privileges that creates. I want nothing but equality for FN Canadians; but this legislation will not create it. Mark my words, it will lead to more division in the future.

    Some land locked natives became fat lazy and more angry. Maybe they need exercise mentally, physically and financially! They were paid to be landlocked, now they want to be off the reserve and become financially productive. So that change will probably take time for all the first nations to make the first steps off the reserves and off the guaranteed landlock cheque.

      So you are the person Ellis Ross has never met who prefers to forego hospitals, roads, vehicles, electricity, etc., and return to and live exclusively in old ways? You should make a point of meeting him to tell him how you feel. He knows a lot of people and has been a lot of places. He might be able to help you find that spot where you and your family and a few friends can live your dream while he works with others to achieve theirs.
