- Hi friends! Welcome back to another video! This one is going to be shorter since I’m still really sick. But I hope you enjoy the painting process nonetheless. For the painting I’ll be using a mixture of Holbein/jeece finest gouache.

Summer squash has a skin you can eat and a shorter shelf life, but because of the hard rinds of winter squash, they can be stored for much longer which is very useful in harsher climates when getting fresh healthy food is difficult. Literally some winter squash can be kept for 2 to 6 months. All that aside, I love plants, and I think that's another big reason why I follow you. I love your plant art so much. Really looking forward to buying a sticker or post card or something with your art on it! Please get better soon!

I know this might seem weird but you’ve literally been here since I started the channel, and i know I don’t exactly know you but I was thinking about you, wishing you all the best!
@@LucyFitzmaurice I did once try growing chayote squash on my balcony (a kind of summer squash) but it got killed by a freak frost we had. Later pigeons nested out there and I didn't want to disturb them. Hope your cat comes back soon!
@@tinybird2413 Im sorry but that’s hilarious, the pigeons were like yes yes thank you! Do you grow herbs or anything? I’ve been moving away from foods, and doing a lot more flowers and herbs now, and easy stuff like green beans. What zone are you in? Thank you, I pray someone has her and she’s just bidding her time for her grand escape!
@@LucyFitzmaurice After having pigeons nesting in my pots I decided to just stick to house plants inside. My favorites are philodendrons! I don't comment as much any more because I am usually catch you on my phone when I am at work on breaks, and then forget. But I still watch and love your channel.
