Thank you so much for easy to follow, clear directions. I don’t know many knots at all, and I can still follow you! Also, the lack of background music makes it so much easier to hear and focus on what you’re saying and doing. Thank you!

WELL DONE! I can do this. I especially appreciate your voice explaining all the details. Some youtubers are mouse-quiet then point and pause. Plus, the wonderful absence of noise (some say music) in the background. You've nailed it! Simple. Effective. Thanks.

Why dont I just make that same loop w the fishermans....then at the midpoint on the other side...just do a constrictor knot and call it a day?! I've swung a bottle around and around and it won't break free....is there any reason to use this bottle sling over a constrictor knot....? I guess it doesn't hang evenly with a constrictor is the only thing...so it's not so decorative.

Good video. But wouldn't an alpine butterfly knot before it is closed up be faster? Thank you.

Do you know of a knot please to carry a smooth thermos flask that has no collar?

In tree work we use a constrictor knot to send a thermos up to the climber. Try it out and let me know how it goes. Here is a video: ruclips.net/video/nEkal0-Z3Yg/видео.html
