Wow, where to start, this is just so much awesomeness, coming from the '96 era myself and being a long-time part-time producer who started with Hardrcore myself it's jsut very interesting to see such a creative way to bring that old sound. I remember fantasing with buddies back than about using my MC505 in a mix with vinyl, crazy stuff like that. I can't think of any other producer doing live stuff the way you do it, must be pretty exhausting and ann interesting challenge to write a set this way. Keep up the creativity! Glad I found this cause it is very inspiring!

Just stumbled into a random conversation with a much younger crowd while walking my dog when I spotted an Australian Tattoo on a girls wrist, so I asked her if it stood for Hardcore which was indeed the case, when asking her what was still relevant nowdays she told me she is more into the older style and the first name she mentioned was you. As she was so enthausiastic and full of energy talking about it I just had to look it up and she was totally right.

@ MD&A first of all i have to say i ve never heard you before. But that even doesnt matter. Thunderdome have a huge History. You knows about that as we all could hear in your set. The Tracks was well chosen and totally represent what ID&T a.k.a. Thunderdome stands for n represents. I saw lots of other Big named Dj´s like Korsakoff , Mad Dog , Neophyte , Noise Controller, Evil Activities which sux so bad with her sets. Korsakoff + Mad Dog seems like promoting her own Tracks instead represent ID&T or the History of Thunderdome. Neophyte also very disappointing for me. But this was your set and it was pretty well. I dont know if you and the other Dj´s talked together which songs they ll gonna play from old Thunderdome times but it seems like you didnt do that and it occures that some Tracks was played 3 or 4 times n even more. Anyway you rocked the Dome with Thunder. Little suggest to all of the real Gabber Dj´s. Talk with each other specially for such Big historical Events like Thunderdome.

I took some of the samples from the original hardcore tracks, and there are also some samples that I took from the original song or movie that they were sampled from. And then is are alo a bunch of samples that the producers sent me.

Hi Matthew, the key word is practice! Takes a lot of time, but hard work pays off. I have both original clean samples and samples from tracks. Good luck with fingerdrumming!
