I'm actually grateful for the fact that Cherry Magic is such a watched show, because it gives me hope that the world enjoys so see healthy relationships on tv. And I say that because it still quite common that non-con sex or courtship is played off as a good romance, in straight as well as lgbt media.
Japan BL so underrated, some people who love BL series need to watch this! I dare say this series is better than the famous BL movies out there, so beautiful and no need too much kissing or sex scene, every episode this series so funny, sweet, and warm at the same time, Cherry Magic deserve better.
People think kisses and sex scenes do the work, but Cherry Magic proves it's not true. If the plot, acting and directing are great, you don't need kisses and sex. Cherry Magic will forever be my most favorite BL, because it's romantic, funny and it makes me feel better no matter how many times I've watched it. Actors did amazing job and I deeply respect both of the main actors. I have mixed feelings for the side couple for various reasons, but I concentrate on the main couple. If there's any BL fan left who didn't watch this and is wondering if they should - YOU SHOULD. This drama will make your life better, because you'll have safe haven to go back to, every time you feel down. You'll thank me later.
I just finished rewatching Cherry magic, I think it's such a sweet and heartwarming series and the characters stay with you long after the series ends. Now I'm waiting for the movie to be released internationally so I can meet Adachi and Kurosawa again😍

But personally, I select to watch any based on main character who I prefer like Cherry Magic, as I told sun set about you is not yet my favourite. I'm waiting for " A Tale of 1,000 Stars" highly recommended!
