Hi MangZ RC, did the parts fit well and is the quality good ? Did you have issues with the build ? Would you recommend this heli if you're comning from a Trex LM470 ?
Like most Align kits, it assembled without an issue. You would have no problems building this up from your 470, you would just have to respect the size and weight of this compared to your 470. It is a very different world when you start messing with these bigger models, it can be dangerous and very intimidating. So as long as your confident youll be fine.
Absolutely, I am always looking for older helis for sale. I recently bought a mint Align 250 Pro, I was going to do a video on it but had a very unfortunate mishap with it before I could film, doubt I will ever be able to fix it or find another one that was literally perfect like this one.
Two reasons really, I only want to have to dick around with 1 battery instead of two, and I wanted this heli to be light and floaty. I have 600 & 700 size helis that are 12s, so I was really just trying something different. I am very happy with it as well, not really knowing what to expect, it’s certainly impressed me. A single 5000 and I’m getting 5 minute flights with plenty of power that matches my flying style.
@@mangzrc excellent! I've been eyeing the new TB series but seriously considering the kraken 580 Sab. I've flow mostly align and would like to go into a different heli but align always carries parts and that's the most important thing to me !
@@nxtgen2b416 SAB is the premium option no doubt, and I wouldn’t worry too much about part support with SAB, they are pretty solid. However, best value goes to Align by far, can’t beat their prices, especially their combo’s. Either way, it’s gonna fly great, the TB stuff is good. They actually just released a TB40.
nice flight, what percentage throttle were you using?
Do you have experience with the Logo 550SX from Mikado ? If so which one would you recommend the TB60 or the Logo 550SX ?
TB60 hands down. The 550SX is a old heli, I would be worried about parts. The TB60 is brand new and Align value/parts support is unbeatable

Can you make more “vintage”/ older Rc Heli videos?

Why did you go with a 6s platform and not a 12s set up?
