Wonderful nostalgic creation reminds me of Jurassic Park the first movie version brings back the fun movie vibe when it was first released in theaters everyone wants piece memorabilia from the movie . It's awesome you created the exact thing from the movie. Lots of love and blessings.
So that's the way that the scientists can get the DNAs from the mosquito in amber to bring back the extinct species like dinosaurs and mammoths and dodos and thylacines and trilobites and other species

Awesome project.. reminds me of Jurassic Park.. beautiful and I love it.❤ In french, that insect is called a tipule.. Saying that.. it would be a great idea unless you've alredy done it of course through your many projects to do an prehistoric dino nest.. 😮

This is so cool! I love amber, and someday hope to own a piece with an insect/tiny critter fossilized in it. This looks like a fossilized insect in amber!

Fantastic! Would be cool to use UV resin and cure it as it was drippin down the side like at 7:03 to make it look like amber that dried up. I have no idea if UV resin works like that tho :D
Reminds me of the movie "Jurassic Park" (1993). The character John Hammond with his cane, which has a handle made of amber with a prehistoric mosquito.
I know! I think I subscribed on the spot when I first noticed the reflection of the Subscribe Button. Not exactly an editing thing but very subtle and new to me.
This is very nice, but watching it I began to wonder: Is it possible to make a sno-globe type thing using this resin method so that the snow never settles but sparkles like glitter?
I was thinking about your round mold from last week and what to do with it. What if you use it to make a 4 season snow globe series? As in, the same scene, but in winter, spring, summer, autumn with different colored glitter inside. I think it would be cool. Plus, one mold for 4 weeks of videos.
Was the egg still edible after the casting? Lol Over here we call that a crane fly. Totally harmless, fly really clumsily, but still unnerving when one flies directly into your face. My cat loved hunting them when they got into the house.
I think the actual name of that is a Crane Fly (?) but I grew up calling it a Mosquito Hawk. I grew up thinking they ate mosquitoes, at least that's what I was taught, but I don't think they do.
Another great creation. 👍👍 Took me back to the Jurassic Park movie. Thanks so much for the time and video you made to share it with us. Till next Friday 👍
Question...why didn't you just put a hole in each end, blow the egg contents out, wash it the same way, seal the top with uv resin, fill it half way, put the mosquito in then fill the rest of the way?

As much as you can ask.. So the views are falling, no progress
Everytime when i made a silicon-mold.... And i put resin in it...always apeares bubbles on the surface on the mold...CAN U HELP ME ??!!

this would be an awesome night lamp if you included an LED at the bottom of the amber crystal stand.
I loved how smooth the cut was from before and after pouring the silicone that it looked like it cured instantly! that was cool!
I'm glad you like the effect
While it’s not a modern mosquito, in the past they might have looked like this!!!
I totally want to put this on a cane!!!
Awesome job!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I made one on a stick 😉
it is a crane fly- also known as “mosquito hawks,” “skeeter-eaters,” they eat mosquitoes
I don’t care if it’s a fly, as long as they are happy then everything’s fine
Masquito
Mosquito
You mean
Flys are good
BUT MOSQUITO ARE DEMONS.

I would say that's what it's supposed to be
Good memories. Glad you like it
That looks to be a crane fly. They look exactly like mosquitoes, except that they're very large. Eggcellent video!
That was Eggcellent! 🥚 😍🤩
😁😉
So that's the way that the scientists can get the DNAs from the mosquito in amber to bring back the extinct species like dinosaurs and mammoths and dodos and thylacines and trilobites and other species

There is something soo nostalgic about the music you use it reminds me of when i was around 4-7 years, very cloudy memories
Hopefully good memories
Vibes of Jurassic Park! Dziękuję za to, Jędrek.😁

Here in Texas those are called crane flies
Thanks
@@jedrek29t I love your artwork. It inspires me to do better
We call them crane flies in Louisiana too, but we would be glad to send him a few real mosquitoes.
Now you can sell it to "Jurassic Park" founder Mr. Hammond, that he can make dinosaurs out of it.
Exactly
В России ест выражения не делай из мухи слона или нераздувай из мухи слона.
It’s called a crane fly, or more commonly, mosquito hawk.

Eggs-tremely good project!
Wow that’s so nice to see a mosquito in sap resin art 🖼️. And happy Easter 🐣 to you and see you next Friday 😁👍.
Thank you so much 😀 See you next Friday
Only thing I would maybe add would be a small (warm-white/yellow) LED in the base so it has a nice soft glow at night.
👍
very creative!
Thank you!
This inspired me to do this
Can you please give me the name of the molding silicone you use? I would like to buy some. Thank you
If you can say which you use, I would be glad. I'm searching for a good one.
How do you decide whether to polish resin to make it shiny, or to pour an extra layer of resin to make it shiny? Is there a difference?
The way in the video works only on oval curves
A light source underneath the egg would be cool. Great creation 😎
That would be cool

Yes, I love it but is it gonna grow?
This is very nice, but watching it I began to wonder: Is it possible to make a sno-globe type thing using this resin method so that the snow never settles but sparkles like glitter?
I think it's possible
Billions of years old, you can sell it!!!!! 🤣. Very nice
How did you stop the resin seeping from the joint in the mould?
I like this egg it,s beautiful wow
Thanks
That large "mosquito" is a "tipulidae" gender, not exactly a mosquito. Harmless indeed.
Bautiful job, by the way.
It's not a mosquito, it's a mosquito hawk. They eat mossies.
👍
Si es verdad
What was put on the resin to make it clear up?
Epoxy resin
So the white spot you left on the bottom just MAGICALLY disappeared?
Eu me inscrivi depois desse reflexo escrito, foi magnifico

Wikipedia says that this is a Crane fly or a "Tipuloidea",not a mosquito.
Semplicemente meraviglioso ❤❤
Tipula rufina or crane fly belongs to the same family as the mosquitoes. The crane fly is completely harmless.
Ok. Thanks

Experience is knowing you need two wooden sticks on the egg. :-) I missed the link to the store on Etsy that sells large harmless preserved mosquitos.
