I think Judy didn't like Monica cuz she was a female child (it sounds cringe) but through 10 seasons they obviously show more attention towards Ross bc he was born first and fathers usually prefer if the first child is a boy + females are constantly critized no matter what (guys are also critized but women are in the center of it)
