- hello friends ~ welcome to my first vlog from Japan :D starting at meiji shrine, then to shibuya, and followed by all of my experiences from 10 days in tokyo! I hope I managed to capture the beauty of Japan, for you to see 🌸
I tried to be as honest as possible while editing this, but I also don't want to appear ungrateful in any way. of course, I feel very lucky and thankful that I was able to go travelling (especially to such beautiful places!). but, while reflecting on my travels, I think I should've predicted that I'd feel a little (!) overwhelmed by experiencing so much on my own, continuously, for a few months. I have been avoiding editing this video for weeks, because I was worried the footage would bring back some negative emotions. however, the footage I had just reminded me of all of the beautiful moments of peace I found: lots of time in nature, listening to birds, looking at art, and window shopping... it definitely helped me remember all of the good parts of my trip 🖤 sometimes we just need reminders that life is beautiful.
so yes! I'll see you next week (hopefully...) for the next Japan video, and then we will be back to normal vlog style life diary stuff hehehe. exciting changes coming soon... kind of scary though... ahh!! ok see u toodaloos
