Bobby, i love listening to Brighter Side...just a little note: let people speak and don't interrupt them while they are really trying to say something. Seb was really trying to express his happiness in the first question and I LOVED the details...not everything has to be so direct.
Seb’s fear of the Lord is so inspiring and I love that you both weren’t hiding the fact that you are desperately craving a relationship because it makes me feel good to know that I’m not alone in that aspect. As Christians, we’re always trying to just trust in God and have faith that when the time is right he will give us the right partner for life but we can’t help but seek a relationship! You two were talking about the exact season that so many of us are in right now and like contemplating moving because you don’t feel like you’re in the right spot but then if we do that are we essentially trying to force plans that aren’t God’s? We all go through a different kind of the same thing and this podcast reminds me that there are good people out there like you two!!
Favorite podcast episode so far! So refreshing. Would love to hear more faith talk and what walking that out in LA looks like, as well as what you’re learning/what God is doing in your lives 🤍🤍

Even though I've always been a Christian, I really became more serious and intentional with my walk with Christ once I hit my late twenties, and Seb's bible studies on Twitch encouraged me a lot!
I love when Seb said about pouring into your best friends is how Jesus pours into us, I really needed that reminder! Love the last 10 minutes too about church hurt and God's love :) He's our doctor for sure! ❤

I absolutely LOVE this podcast episode. As a fellow Christian, unfortunately you don’t see many people openly expressing their faith because Christians sometimes have a “bad rap” for acting holier than thou and causing church hurt. I remember being drawn to Bobby’s videos a few years ago because he was so open about his faith and going to church and ever since I saw Seb I enjoyed that he was open as well. Influencers normally keep their religions and faith to themselves but I think it’s so crucial to have influencers share what they believe to influence the audience watching. Both of you talking about Jesus is so beautiful and so inspiring and I’m so glad to follow along on your journeys. Also, the conversation about church hurt is so true. A church is a hospital for broken people. I dealt with church hurt which kept me away from church for years ( I still praised Jesus, just not at church ) and once I found a new church with people who were just kind and loving I stayed and keep going! I think the true message for Christians is to just share the love that Jesus did. That’s our goal. Thank you two for this episode, hopefully we can get more like this one 🩵

I’ve been going to church since I was 3 and it wasn’t till college where I experienced so much church hurt from my college bible study group years ago, which eventually led me to stop attending. Thank you Seb for the reminder that everyone around us is seeking the same doctor. 💛

aww seb! I traveled to Spain in 2018 and they had just won a major game. The level of excitement in Madrid was INSANE!! It was such a beautiful time to be a part of. I actually enjoyed hearing the backstory, it helped me understand how meaningful that moment was for you!!

This is FACTS about singleness. I go to a church in Portland, OR and let me tell you!! just because men go to church, that doesn’t make them men of God. It’s been tough trying to decipher and discern but ultimately I trust God.
I’m praying and trusting that God will provide but I’m also trying to put myself more out there. Sometimes God is waiting for us to take that step of Faith so He can move and do what He needs to do. 🩷🫶🏽

Keep going bro☝🏼❤️ - I'm also 7 years in my faith walk and dating is hard, not just because finding someone even in church is hard but because u want to be as ready as you can to really offer a good life to someone and be able to serve Christ together, but we keep trusting that God is in control❤️

I am a single woman of faith who is older than Seb and you, and I wish I could sit and talk to both of you about what I've observed, experienced, and learned in my search for my special someone while also trying to be true to my beliefs (from a woman's perspective). So many topics come up in these episodes at the point when you ask each of the guests for dating advice, and I often wish I could jump up into the discussion (for various reasons). I appreciate you discussing these deeper isues so that many of the younger ladies can hear and know some of the factors and experiences you wrestle with and reflect on... but I hope you also understand the platform you both have to role model and teach the young men who are coming along behind you and with you. So many of us think you're both great, and we are rooting - and even praying - for you and wish you the best in finding someone with whom to build a life.
Watching this after Bobby got engaged and they both moved to Nash, and it's crazy how fast things can change and how much was predicted in this video. Encouraging to know that what people say all the time can be true. It can change so fast! Appreciate where you're at, too, because it's not forever.

Singleness gets tiring, but it's such a beautiful season. Get specific with God. How do you want to be molded by God? & how do you want your future spouse to be molded by God? I truly believe that when you meet the one God is building up for you, you will just know, there will be some familiarity.

I’ve been married for almost a year, met my husband on a Christian dating app he is from South Dakota and I lived in Utah at the time! Expanding your horizons, moving places is a good opportunity not just for dating but overall in life experiences. You never know if you guys’ future wives live in another state 😉 getting out of your comfort zone is sooo rewarding!

I love this guys! It’s so true, that religion is seen as so taboo or only meant for older people but this world needs Jesus more then anything. It’s a very sad world and life is hard on it’s own, dealing with it alone is going to bring more chains of problems, but dealing life with God will bring so much relief of knowing that his will, will be done 👌🏻
