- now companies are providing white LED headlights with their premium products.
Due to their growing popularity many car users install aftermarket LED bulbs or relays in their cars to look good.
But with enhanced looks, there are also some issues which users will face in near future, in this video i have shared those points.

Very true. But my point is some cars like Nexon has very poor lighting especially the low beams. When we travel on wide roads like a 100 or 200 feet road with no Street lights, there is very poor vision. Even if someone crosses, it won't be visible. That too if it's raining, that's all. Nothing is visible. But when riding on small roads, the lights is sufficient due to high reflection. What to do in this case? Is safety important or car headlight casing is important? I am not trying to justify that led upgrading is not harmful. I'm still using the stock halogen bulbs in my nexon. But my point is if there is any option available for better lighting without causing much harm to the car like any branded leds like Osram or Philips, then we may need to consider the same keeping in mind the dangers of poor night visibility. I know a friend of mine had an accident at night during rain due to poor visibility. He is still suffering a lot.
Consider upgrading the bulbs to 100 90
You have to slow down, in such situations or you'll be surprised with a sudden ditch or Cattle on road. Drive at day. Avoid driving at night.

Absolutely agree ...my light filled with water after using relay bcs technician make hole in the dust cap..and when rain it's bcm pool..I had to purchase new lights..

thanks you saved me I was on my way to change my bulbs and this recommendation came to me my car is ciaz and that too has projectors so I had to buy 4 led bulbs .... but now I have taken U turn
What did you finally do for your Ciaz? I have the ciaz as well and want to make the lamps more powerful but not sure what to do
@@lemedico kuch nh hona dr.sahab..mere pas bhi ciaz hai...headlights se main bhi pareshan hu...maruti mei pucha..bahar mechanic se bhi pucha...led ka bhi pucha par kahi bhi satisfactory jawab nh mila...kisi ne kaha successful nh h led..kisi ne kaha wire cut kr k lagega...koi solution nh nikla...finally 50-55watt k bulbs lage thhe unko 85-90 se replace kiya toh thoda si visibilty badhi par jyada nh..but abhi bhi highway par ngt drive mei dikkat hoti hai......muje toh smj nh aata yeh car manufactrers 12-13 lakh ki gaadiyo mei itni bekar headlights q lagatey hai...mere pas pehle omni thi..even uski lights ciaz se better thi...

You are absolutely right in the entire video ... However, when you mentioned about cars with projectors only, you mentioned that they have dual filament bulbs which is very true. But some of them like the Creta have single filament bulbs. High and low beams in projectors with single filament bulbs are achieved by moving the small reflector behind the bulb up and down by the help of a solenoid inside the projector housing assembly ...

Excellent.... Useful information... But on highways/ dark roads the light is not sufficient, the road ahead is completely dark and it is risky to drive in such situations and that's why we need upgrading the headlamps.

Hi bro, very good info. My Baleno car left side projecter headlight not working due to moisture problem. What is the solution. At local shop, it was told that light shorted due to moisture. Maruti service centre suggested to replace whole headlight assembly, it's costs around 18000. Plz provide me any solution. Also DRL not working. Plz reply.
Hello friend. The headlight of my Renault Kiger RXZ does not have long range on the deeper and its difficult to drive at night on the highway. Though the service mechanic adjusted the lamps it's not effective. I wish to replace the stock led lamps with lamps with a bright and long focus lamps. Kindly suggest the best lamps that would fit without any modifications. Provide me the specific link for purchase of the same online on Amazon. Thanks.
At night the lights is designed to drive max at 50kmph speed. Try going 50kmph or slower, it'll test your patience but I assure you it'll save you from a heartattack.

NO PROBLEMS IN UPGRADATION TO LED FROM MY EXPERIENCE ,I HAVE CHANGED IN MY 2 CARS- CRETA AND BALENO FROM LAST 2 + YEARS ,NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
STOCK HEADLIGHT IS ACTUALLY LOW ,IT IS NOT A EXCUSE MADE BY PEOPLE.

Creta nd baleno you are mentioning might have reflector halogen unit which is greater in size and can sustain higher heat. But here in this video reflector for highbeam is quite small and can be damaged due to excessive heat.
Nd if we talk about LED lights in place of halogen bulbs, that car must have halogen fog lamps for winters, but triber dont have any space for halogen fog lamps.
So it will be very dangerous in qinters with only white light.

Would like to add another point. The stock projector lens are only good for Halogens and HIDs. Adding LEDs behind the same projectors doesn't produce the same advantage as adding the LED behind a clear projector.
I’ve added led to my projectors which came with halogens, have tried xtreme vision and night breakers but the brightness was not justifying the cost.
My friends did go with leds from Ali express and Amazon and had bad experience with glaring or beam pattern being scattered.
I was inclined for hid but was not ready to make wiring changes, decided to go with osram. At the same time hid warm up time would be of concern as I have a single barrel projector and may have issues while needing to flash
The beam pattern was pretty good no scattering great cut out, just needed to drop the left beam a slight bit to make sure it doesn’t enter the cabin of cars ahead.
To get best results u need to match the filament position with that of the stock halogen I.e the filament should sit at the same place from base, the led portion where there diodes sit should be thin like the halogen filament as well as the lenght of the diode, most knock of brands don’t keep up with this causing pathetic performance.
Aligning the diode also will benefit.
All in all go for a decent brand.

Well basically i agree with you on not upgrading the OEM accessories as there is a lot of research behind the specifications. I can share this based on my past experience of design Engineer for Automotives electrical systems however i feel that few features should be considered while deciding your vehicles.
I really feel cornering lights are must it adds to your confidence and lights intensity depends on user as everyone doesn't have same reflexes to light.

Scattering is so wide angle that corners are well lit.

The projector low beam is wide however when you want to drive confidently in ghats and all the cornering lamps add to the confidence.
At least a criteria which I'll have while selecting car though I'll never go aftermarket addition of cornering lights.

Agar vanity k liye white led lagana hai then osram ka led laga sakte hain par usse visibility nahi badhega. Lekin agar high powered LED lagana hai for better visibility then woh toh fan wala hi milega aur uska fan dust cap k andar fit nahi hota.m hai.
