Where do you buy it
You buy it in amozan
@@dukeofsordidlobsters1391 thank you
日本にはこんなの売ってませんよ
Very impressive considering it is merely sold as a "toy", the rendering, the level of details, the painting, the weathering, really nice.
The pistol in question is a Japanese Nambu automatic pistol, for officers. Mistsubushi was the manufacturer of the fighter plane. Kevin Phoenix
that pistol was so bad if you put pressure on the sides of it it would fire a round off
David McLeod i mean it was better then the other ww2 Japanese pistol
May I know which one factory products?
@@0XlX0 thank you for pointing that out to me I have my dads type 99 rifle at home
@@0XlX0 is it just me or the Japanese is lazy enough to name guns it be like:
Japan: yay I made my own pistol
*Thinks a very long time to name it*
Japan: I’m bored I will just name it uhh...
Japan: NAMBU TYPE 14!
Bro - most excellent and triumphant review. The 1/18 kits are amazingly detailed and this zero is a prime example. Availability is hit and miss for 1/18 planes, but snagging one or two when you can gives a model that will last for years.
流石アメリカだな日本にはこういうのが無いから羨ましい・・・
The marking near the yellow band is the aircraft data plate, that contains basic aircraft information. The Kanji under the horizontal stabilizer means a maintenance attachment point.
Amazing. The cockpit detail alone is amazing!

素晴らしいですね。
The pistol is a Nambu, Model 14. Quite a few of these were brought by our soldiers after VJ day. I think the Ruger Mk II was built on this design.
Pistols were an important symbol for officers.
Much like the sword.
Japanese pistols were not of the best quality.
So the Japanese allowed officers to buy their own. Many Japanese officers bought German Lugers/P-38s.
@@jeffreymcfadden9403 maybe so but the pistol with this kit is a Nambu.
@@jeffreymcfadden9403 The Type 94 and the Hamada Type pistols were decently solid handguns
Very tiny but I can tell, the pistol is Type 14 Nambu. 1/18 looks pretty large and so cool. I have never seen Zero-sen of this scale here in Japan. It is usually 1/72 of Hasegawa or 1/48 of TAMIYA. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome! I love these planes from this era in this scale! I also love the vehicles.
Fantastic airplane model at 1/18 scale , Zero (A6M) . The kit is very detailed and I like it very much . The pilot is also very detailed . Thank you for sharing this excelent video my friend !🥇🏆👍👏👏👏🎩👌✌️
In regards to the wing cannons- the A6M did mount two 20mm cannons-one in each wing. They were completely contained within the wing which eliminated a lot of drag- hence the two holes to fire out of. The BBI Zero was a fantastic model. It was released in four variations- two in green ( this video has the one with the yellow tail markings, which was one of the last produced by the company) and two in the light grey.
I have the 1/32 version from 21st century it has all the same markings also with cannon that stick out, there are 2 very small pieces of plastic that need to be put in the holes
Depends which model it is I think the A6m2 had cannons in the wing but the later A6m5 had cannons protruding from the wing root..
Not sure about the A6m3
何じゃこれ、めっちゃ完成度高いな
これ日本にも売ってるのか?
Beautifully detailed, very high quality, 1/18 Zero!
Great weathering too.
I foolishly hesitated to buy these at Toys r Us, years ago.
Great presentation!
Thanks again for sharing.
Awesome model and video as always!
Great plane and great model!!
You'll have hours of fun tonight playing with that 🤣🤣
very beautiful...

killer plane ! none selling in any website for now for white and green model, glad that you own it !
Have you considered doing reviews on the 1/18 scale tanks that those guys make? Great video!
Very impressive, also best pilot figure yet in my opinion.👍🏆
Best looking a6m I’ve ever seen ! 😮 specially being static model , reminds me of eflite Rc a6m 300 size
Awesome model man. Shouldn't have watched you channel you got me wanted to buy one now...lol. I just started collection 1/18 diecast cars now I see this cool plane oh oh...lol.
Outstanding video and presentation.
These are really top class
This is my dream 1/18 scale plane along with lots of others that I like
I saw a Corsair and Mustang on the box and man I want to buy those now
The Samurai of the skies
That thing is fire!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Very nice model, and very nice watch!!!
This is one of my fav planes
The early Zero's didn't have cannons that extended beyond the leading edge of the wing though, so there would only be two holes, like on your model here, to indicate they were there when seen from the front. Later types did have cannons were the gun barrels extended beyond the leading edge of the wings though.
Awesome! If only I had some... cant wait for some more awesome models.
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews I have :)
Another awesome video bro
You can really tell how small the full scale Zero was compared to the American fighters with this model. This 1/18 scale plane is quite a bit smaller than the P-47, P-38, Corsair, and even the P-51 models. Awesome detail on this.
The two holes at the wing are actually the main armament of the zero which are 20mm cannon, the cannons are concealed inside the wing in the Type 21 zero. Only til the late war version the type 52 shows its cannon barrels.
This plan belongs to a unit call Kami no Ike (God's Pond), is a training unit for suicide bombing attack in 1944.
Awesome plane!!!!!
Cool plane.

@@MilitaryVehicleReviews Awesome! Did you buy these recently? Some are almost impossible to find. The ones you can find they are asking crazy money for them.
Beautiful ♥️
The pistol is a Type 14 Nambu
Looks cool
Beautiful model. It would be spectacular if you added additional details to it like the rigging and weathered it a bit. By the way, unless someone has already spotted it, that is a Nambu pistol.
LOVE IT!
Thank You ❕My iKON IS ZERO!
Nice! Looking at the counter balance on the ailerons it is one of the early ( pre-580 or so) A6M2 type 21 production aircraft. BTW those balances are positioned in the wrong direction. If I had one of those I would glue the kit, sand and putty some seams, respray it and ad more detail to it........ That is one very nice looking "toy" could be a very nice looking model if you put some effort in it!
Nice One i have the same one in my collection as well. The Pistol the pilot has is a Nambu pistol .
Nice collection
The holes in the wings are the firing apertures for the Ho 20mm cannon. Sometimes you will see old WW2 photos showing a tiny barrel stub sticking out of the leading wing edge.
His wach is awsome!
I can’t find this on internet! I WANT IT SO MUCH!! :D
A very nice hobby.
it's just my first video seeing you and I loved it, you should have more visits and subscriptions, greetings from Colombia :3
very nice zero sen!
As you can see, the cockpit was a tight fit, even for the smaller Japanese pilots. The average height for a Japanese man in 1941 was between 5'2" and 5'5" and their physical stature was slight. A strenuous physical fitness regimen during basic training and all the way during flight training, marked by deliberate beatings, kept the Japanese pilots very physically fit.
The Japanese Zero-sen Reisen (Zeke or Zero), was a very compact plane, almost small yet it packed a lot of firepower for its time, two, 7.7mm machine guns and two, Ho 20mm cannon. The Japanese Naval authorities wisely wanted the Zero-sen to possess anti-bomber firepower.
For all its superb qualities, it came at a fatal cost. The Zero-sen was unarmored and unprotected in every way. There was no selective armor plate for vulnerable engine parts. The fuel tanks were unprotected, non-self-sealing. The pilot had no backrest and headplate armor. All this had been omitted to keep the Zero's total weight at an absolute minimum, making it extremely maneuverable and fast-climbing. It's 1941 top speed of 331mph was modest, however, compared to American and European fighter planes. The 1944 A6M5c penultimate Zero-sen had a top speed of 351mph.
Once the Allied fighter pilots learned of the Zero-zen's design weakness, they were quick to take advantage of it. Allied aerial tactics negated the Zero's superior maneuverability and thousands were blown out of the Pacific skies.
NICE👍
And also I cant wait for a new plane + more detail
Exellent Toys.
The pistol is nambu type 14 ,military pistol of 🇯🇵Japan.

very COOL!!
Under the stabilizer I think it says “ココノボル” which means “step here”. So I guess in the real zero, they mostly like had a step of sort.
No, it means, that when doing maintenance that's the spot the staff could step onto. I.e. was solid enough to take the weight without causing damage.
Ironically this is one of the best looking kits of many you have put together. Very nice detail pilot excellent, great cockpit camo excellent. Packaging would indicate this kit might have been made in the late stages of the company. Do you know when this company went out of business? ebay pricing makes them impossible to collect -
Thanks for heads up on Amazon, a quick pass showed one kit, the Navy F-4, for $159.95, but no vendor, however this might lead to other kits in a more detailed search. That's getting close to affordability compared to eBay. Ill dig deeper. Thanks plus I'll always catch your videos , they are excellent
BBI is still in business, but they haven't done any of the heavy realism 1/18 scale stuff since around 2011. At the time, they related that the collector market was just too small.
@@winterstar3372 Thanks, I've been trying to remember what would have been the competition to collectables or modeling about that time. . It would have taken quite a sophisticated manufacturing operation to crank these out. Of course they certainly are collectable now. I've always built 1/48 scale with minimal detail. Then companies started building the big bombers in 1/48. Next came the super detailed 1/32 kits from 150 to 400 bucks. Maybe they chose the wrong distribution channels. I keep hoping to walk into a garage sale and find them marked for 5 bucks a kit :-):-). Do you know where they were originally made? And last do they make aircraft kits similar to these just not in 1/18? Seems like there are many aircraft museums popping up that would like to display these. Thanks for the input.
@@c123bthunderpig Anytime. The heyday of the 1/18 scale military boom was in the mid-to-late 2000's. The big companies were 21st century toys and BBI in the 1/18 scale. After 21st century folded, JSI/Merit re-released some of the 21st century aircraft as well as developed new product. BBI eventually stopped after the special edition re-releases of the F-18, Blackhawk, and Bf-109. There were a few additional offerings in the 2010's, though. Some of the last JSI products were offered as both pre-built as well as model kit sets- these include the AV-8b Harrier, the MRAP, and the FW-190. As model just, they were released under the Hobbyboss and Trumpeter model kit brands. There would also be some re-issues of some of the 21st century aircraft by a company named Flight Wings. They did few aircraft, but tended to do them in multiple livery options, including ones that had not been offered before. If memory serves the Flight Wings aircraft were the Avenger, P-51, and Mig-15.
Nice😃
This might A6M2. Mostly this type colored white grey for used aircraft carrier like Akagi, Kaga, Zuikaku, Hiryu. Comon late type A6M5、Type 52 was colored this dark green. But not a few M2 repainted to this dark green. Its on Marriana battle. Can't gerther enough type 52. So used this early type. Manuve performance is more excellent than late A6M5.Thank you nice video.
