I like your feel on these jigs, not too fast, very clean, great. I'm just starting out learning some of this repertoire - I love the Coleraine Jig, I've not heard it before, I must learn that. I play Kesh on mando but will be getting a tenor banjo soon. Sorry I can't help with the third one. Thanks for your video.

Fantastic playing! It makes a huge difference with the backing of the guitar and mando! Sounds awesome. How did you record the other two instruments?

Thanks man, I just recorded all instruments on a Yamaha AW1600 without any lead and counted like a lunatic...... afterwards I played the Banjo on it....😊 There must be better ways, I'm sure......😉

I can't seem to get the intonation on my tenor banjo right (tuned GDAE). The strings seem very loose and the tuning is really unstable. It sounds alright until I play a tune together with my fellow guitarist. It's very annoying because I can't really use the banjo properly, also chords sound very unbalanced. Any idea how to get the banjo properly set up? Nice tunes by the way!

+Sam Vermeulen : What set of strings do you play?

+Cousin Skip I got the d'addario irish tenor banjo strings on a deering good time 17 fret tenor banjo.

Aha, that's your problem. That set is perfectly allright for a 19 fret Tenor, but absolutely not for a 17 fret! Try to search on the internet for a good set of strings for a 17 fret Tenor and you'll be relieved out of your misery. I will take a look myself..
