Considering the rents in Vancouver are similar to SF and LA/West Hollywood you seem to be getting a good deal because of it's central location and all the amenities included. Great space. I'm glad you are in a space that's suits you and takes care of all of your needs. Stay well and I hope the hot weather let's up.
