Hello how are you, I ask you a question: in my case I am a Canadian citizen since I inherited the citizenship from my father outside Canada and I do not have a legible guarantor, for example I do not know a Canadian citizen outside the country where I reside and inside. I do not have a valid guarantor within the professions that the passport application form asks for, the most valid option is the PPTC 132 form. This form where I can officially obtain it to fill out. Thank you
Hello. To get the form simply email your local Passport office and request it. To find the contact details go to www.TRAVEL.GC.CA and locate the country you live in. Then click on assistance and the office's details will be there. Good luck!
Please reply : from the reference section , I have 2 questions : {Question 1} I am here in Canada from past 1year but i have my friends in Canada who know me from past 5-6 year , will those references work for my application ? {Question 2}. Is it ok if the reference we are providing is student with Work Visa or a PR Holder ? OR references also have to be the Canadian citizens only ?
Thank you for the video, I am following this process for my child's passport, do we have to submit copy of my documents shown to the official along with the passport application for my child?
HI, i have a question regarding the passport application do we need to fill up the guarantor part or we leave it blank since we dont have a guarantor ? thanks
When you say the back of one of the photo's, it has to be the one with the photographer's signature or the other photo ? Please Clarify ! I read somewhere that it has to be the same photo.
Hi Brittany. Thanks for your question. The guarantor on the main passport application cannot charge a fee. The signatory on the declaration can charge a fee. It would be wise to reach out to the Canadian High Commission/Embassy in the country you reside in, as they can also sign and may be significantly cheaper than a lawyer/ notary etc. Best of luck 👍
My passport expired more than a year ago (10 years) and for that reason I need to get a new one. Applying from the US as a dual citizen and using this form, can it be signed by a notary ? There is a check box saying occupation - notary public also. If so, do they need to put their stamp and signature or just signature ? The problem is a notary always charges for the signatures and for each one of them.
Hi,I'm going to apply for canadian passport and get that form from passport office by email i filled first and second section but don't no how to fill 3 and 4th section.Right now I'm in canada so please tell me who would be my declaration official.
Hello. Thanks for your question. No, you can also type in the form as well if you want to. But make sure that the signature fields are always signed by pen, no digital signatures! Good luck 👍

@@perse7707 so I did a quick research and they have removed it from the website, and now you either have to get it from the passport service location or get it from the Canadian embassy if you are outside of Canada

Hi. If you are completing this supplementary form, the guarantor section on the passport application can remain blank. Good luck :)
Hi in the third section. documents which bear my signature. Can I provide my health insurance card which is expired?
Hello. Unfortunately if the document is expired it won't be acceptable.

So you can’t pay a lawyer or Commissioner for Oaths to do this? It has to be free? Everyone says they charge?
