Sony owns the rights to all Spider-Man content. They have a contract with the MCU /Dosney that gives them permission to use Spider-Man. In the Morbius movie Michael Keaton had a cameo, cause The Vulture character is property of Spider-Man . They can make Spider-Man spin-offs, but the MCU can't crossover to the Spiderverse
