After her little flip, she was having fun until that point and just blamed the kids for her own failure
She didn't say stop until she took the tumble and when she did, the kid stopped immediately. The kid did nothing wrong and the woman was getting angry for no reason. At least the kid has the video to back her up.

Falling over in a rolling barrel is expected so I guess the fail was the parenting skill. The instantaneous gaslighting, blame shift and guilt trip seemed well-practised.

Like telling someone off for not responding to a stop command, when there was no stop commanded and they'd already stopped and you blame it on them for not listening.
The only misunderstanding I can see you're having is you assume it has to happen over a prolonged period of time - where it would occur as multiple compounding incidents, of which this is one example.

@@CoCotheTurtle and as is blatantly obvious in this video and others is the fact that the owners were distracted while their dogs were taking off. A dog being able to get up to a full sprint before the leash ends is not good for them or their owners. Proper training would also eliminate the need for retractable leashes but that’s another conversation.
