Too bad life in America is very hectic, or at least most of it. There are parts you can live on farms but it's not tge same. You see I remember growing up watching my grand parents living a life like you do but when we came to America, all that was gone. 😢 I can smell n taste all the foods that you make and am learning how to make them myself. I liked your method to frie the tomatoes before adding them to the stew, the fried tomatos are more sweet and less sour. As I know, the effect on pre-salt and rinse of eggplants make then less bitter after frying.
