Hi there! I'm a total beginner, I don't know a thing about IT🤐 but I found this interesting and I want to get certified for sure. I need some advice, shouldn't we get certified in ITF+ rather than A+ cuz its the basics and how much time will it take to prepare for CompTIA A+ as for a total beginner?
ITF+: This is a great option if you're entirely new to IT and want to see if it's the right field for you. It's less expensive and time-consuming than the A+. CompTIA A+: This is the industry standard entry-level certification for IT support technicians. It validates your ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure basic networks, and apply security practices. We'll cover this topic soon. But in my opinion A+ is better choice if you have interest in IT.
It is Good for you to prepare for exams first. By preparing ITF+ you can understand it is good for you or not. In this way you can choose for which cert you should invest your resources. If not you can simply jump to A+ that is better choice. And exam voucher will expire after 12 months. So if you are a student than it can take 1 year for preparation. Prepare First then buy your exam voucher.
Time for preparation can be vary. But generally it takes 3 to 5 months for ITF+ and A+ certification. If you can invest 10 to 15 hours weekly. 1-2 hours daily. But if your are a school, collage, university student or a working person then time duration can be long. For an ideal student ITF+ or A+ can take UpTo one year. But with smart work you can complete one of them in 4 or 5 months.
@@VirtualMentorsSOIT but after one year the core 220-1101 & 1102 will be renewed as 1201 & 1202(maybe) and new things and even harder things will appear for exam. isn't it? ITF+ FCO-U71 IS COMING ON 16 AUG 24, I have to prepare for it fast and give the exam before voucher get expired.
Agar Kisi company ma ya Kisi jaga py Help Desk k job ya service (like your personal shop) provide karna ka irada ha tu CompTIA A Plus is best for you. Is sa theory, practical, or experience 3no mil jay ga. I think CompTIA A Plus will help you a lot. But ya apki marji ha k ap na karna ha ya nai.
