I made this for dinner and it was really tasty. I tried it before and it wasn't as good, and I concluded that you're using Indian sesame oil, which is clearer and not made from toasted sesame seeds, which make it a very strong, nutty flavor. So this time I used canola oil instead. So good!

Wanted to say me and family enjoyed this dish, following the recipe, although I did some alteration to it - for example, switched from sugar in any part of dish to honey, to make sweetness more natural in a way and appeal for both sauce and meat itself. Overall, I rate this as fantastic dish, products used really compile together! Perhaps, you have recommendation what could be used instead of Red Bell pepper and Green Zucchini? I'm open for experimenting!

Excellent recipe, I tried it, I can recommend it. Zucchini is tasteless, I replaced it with other vegetables (green pepper, broccoli). I added spring onions (the white part). I left out the peanuts even though they probably belong there. Anyway, the food was very tasty, I followed the recipe exactly. In addition to replacing some of the ingredients described above. It's just a shame that the resulting mixture is so dry (without sauce) and doesn't go well with rice. I will try to improve it somehow with broth, for example, so that the rice is not dry.
