It does say "Cancer Kid Support Group" in the inside flap of the book cover on the hardback edition of the book.. Maybe that's where she got it? I don't own the paperback, so I'm not sure if it says it on the inside cover but it definitely does on the hardback.
Get over it. She made a mistake, oh well. She's absolutely lauding it: exposing it to a wider audience. Chill, we all make mistakes, and the one she made was hardly a big deal.
