This vocalist is right up there with Kip Lennon when it comes to doing Fagen's vocals. It is hard to sound like Donald Fagen, and he doesn't even sound like himself anymore!
Lead singer is a superstar. I think better than Fagan. Great version. You guys rock. These songs are not easy and to knock it out of park is just incredible!!!
A good rendition, clearly not an exact dupe, but that's okay. Great keys and vocals. Not a big fan of the horns. They kind of overpowered the song. Of course this is just my opinion as a musician. Much respect for anyone attempting such a complex Steely Dan song.
