Thanks so much, it’s a safe beautiful country, a little hefty on the wallet but I’m so keen on doing another long road trip maybe I’ll try the camper option- thank you for watching- there is a full NZ series if your interested in watching those 😉
Hi thanks for watching. I travelled in late October through to beginning of November- the weather in general was extremely pleasant most days not freezing & quite warm most days. It was more the unpredictable rain I guess you could get that anywhere- but I think that time of the year might be nice enough to travel while it’s not freezing all of the time

I would love to reach 1000, and yes all this effort & only 400 subscribers but I’ll keep plodding along one day I’ll get there. Thanks again for watching.
Hi Tamara it depends on what you want out of your experience. There is a bus tour from Queenstown to Milford to do the cruise but your in a tour timetable. I like my own timetable & had 2 days in Milford Sound to explore it my way. Stop where I wanted & how I wanted. One day to do the cruise & explore & one day for lake Marion & explore- the road to Milford is so spectacular I didn’t have time to do it all but having a car certainly gives you more freedom. A bus is just a vessel to get you from A to B - I did so many random stops the car was perfect. Budget conscious maybe cheaper accommodation- (the camp ground in TeAnau was a good option- thanks for watching
Maybe a little bit expensive especially for a solo but ( I did go a little overboard with accommodation) & a bit on activities but NZ is beautiful & I’m definitely doing another road trip to explore more of the South Island - in fact I have done another couple little roadies since then in the South Island with others ( which I will share ) & when you split costs with them it’s not so bad. Thanks for watching & while expensive it truly is a stunning country & maybe if you do part of the roady you won’t be disappointed- Milford, Mount Cook & Queenstown top of the list
Thank you,love the deails.
Hope you found it useful. Thanks for watching
your video is incredibly informative! exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!

Really worth it to exploring South Island of New Zealand
Yes it absolutely is. Activities are an expensive component of the road trip but the beautiful landscape throughout the itinerary was worth it.
Hi! thanks for the informative video. May i know which month did u travel? Was the weather good?

When you consider high petrol prices, would it be cheaper to take a bus from Queenstown to Te Anau, for the budget conscious?
