I don't know about that. You are right about the restaurant being a team but it's important that the waiters are honest with Ramsay upfront. He came here to help out the business, and it's important for a lot of deluded managers and chefs to realize that people don't like the food they serve for a reason. It does feel like some of them are pretty eager to just talk shit and look good on camera, though
C M Well your right the cooks is responsible for ensuring the food is done right all the Server has to do is serve it when it's ready and sadly they have to take the heat if they fuck up. However that being said it's up to the Servers to ensure that the food is getting out as well in a timely fashion. if it sits too long it ends up no good in the end
