Bhai bas 20 lakh mine asking
50 lakhs jab ki do saal hue the shaadi ko. Phir kardiya 125crpc and dv after 1.5years baad order pass Hua maintenance ka but usse woh Kam lga toh CAW cell kirti nagar delhi mein complaint kardi. Baaki confidence loose mat karna kabhi bhi.

Mam ground reality btaya kro... Husband agar mar bhi jaye na tab bhi ye police wale FIR file nhi krte.. Sirf court se hi ummeed rhti..... 211 to jhutha case prove krne ke bad lgta hai..

So that doessnot mean hum koi action nah le. If police is not filing FIR that itself is an offence. We can go to higher ups or Magistrate then in that case

@@arjitachaturvedi1521 hmare action lene se bhi to kya hoga. Ladkiyo ke against to koi law hai nahi. Aur ladki ne ek baar case daal diya chahe fake hi kyu na ho, ladke ki life to kharaab ho hi gayi. Biwi to chahe achi ho ya buri, wo to akela hi reh gaya. Ladkiyo ko to fir divorce me bhi Maintainence, House rights, Alimony, Bachche, sab kuch to mil jata hai. Ladke ko kuch milta ho to btao, krte hai case wife ke against bhi.
