Filipinos tend to text rather than call because it's less expensive. Hahaha Back in the day (im not that old tho), it costs us 7php/min while texting costs 1php per 160 characters. Haha you can say a lot in that 1peso. That's why when ulimited texts promos were offered, texting just got a major boost. We texted everyone, literally every- one - even looking for textmates on unknown numbers. Haha which was crazy in my opinion. We had texting groups before group chats became a thing. No one can stop as now ever since unlicalls and unlitxts existed. Lol just kidding

Facts about Filipino being the world's texting capital. And most of the conversations are:
    "Hi"
"kumusta" (in english "how are you" and usually the introduction of the conversation aside from hi or hello)
    "had you been done eating"
    "what you doing"
But if my if my older sister text me "kumusta" I feel nervous. Because I know whats next. 😂😂 It is "Do you have money? Can I borrow?😂😂😂
And for my own idea i love texting than calling, to make the conversation long 😁 and aside from that, you will think twice the word you were about to say or messege to the person because you will reread it before sending, if the word you send is not hurtful to that person.
And also filipino are very particular regarding the usage of grammar. 😂
    I💗Philippines.
    I💗my country
