Hi! Right now, you can do live meetings with up to 200 people. They might increase this limit in the future! But you can certainly have thousands of members in your community yes!

It seems very odd that you can’t do an announcement to the entire group/community.

Yes! But only 200 can join the call maximum at the moment.
I like it but I don't like that the posts don't have titles, it looks a mess having just one big stream of text, images, links and comments, etc.
