I think water is still good for pve and pvp if you want a dps go for firedancer thats the real dps in elementalist

I guess water is good than dark, water has more shield and fast CD. Good for pvp but for pve dark is good.

the other stats like crit hit and crit damage, you can get in the refining of equipment's and accessories and also in tower of promotion
